My summary of the show was

Season 1: escape from prison.

Season 2: stay out of prison.

Season 3+: run off the rails.

It was very much a show that needed to have a planned story arc and end when the story ended rather than trying to squeeze out more seasons from it.

A teenage girl exploring the shuttered Joliet Correctional Center on Collins Street with a friend accidentally found herself in lockup on Monday.

Joliet Fire Department Battalion Chief Mike Stromberg said the girls were likely to get into the prison through a hole in the fence.

I didn’t leave my house for a week. I wouldn’t kick her out of bed for eating crackers, that’s fersure.

Other than that the actors are great. William Fichtner is always good but after a while you’ll realise that the main character is actually the worst actor in the entire series. And of course, one of my favorite actors on the planet - Peter Stormare.

Oh no, wait. Sarah Wayne Callies is the worst actor. Not Wentorth Miller. Although he is painful to watch.

Also, a BLAZING and fine example of how whenever Michale Rappaport joins a cast, the show dies. This man destroys everything he touches.

When his face popped up on “My Name is Earl” I actually got visibily shaken. I told my family that the show was over now. And they thought I was nuts.

I can recommend a Korean program, Prison Playbook

A star baseball player bashes a pervert who assaults his sister. His fame and notoriety work against him and he is sent to a prison for a year.

The spinoff series Breakout Kings was better than the later seasons of Prison Break. Even had T-Bag at one point. And the girl was smoking hot.
