The concept of a hate crime should be stricken from the books. It spits in the face of equal treatment under the law.
Charge their hate filled over size black asses with hate crimes and sue them, their parents and school administrators in civil court.
In liberal parts of Florida, if black thugs attack a white kid for any reason, it is not a hate crime. Time to get rid of cowardly or in competent prosecutors and leftist judges. New Florida slogan: Make our streets safe again”! “Protect our children from feral animals”.
In this demographic it is called a resume enhancer and adding street creds.
Angry, unstable, racist, hate-filled pavement apes.

We know a Hispanic/white American family and their daughter was being bullied Hispanic and Black female gang members before and after school. The admin refused to do anything to correct the problem.
They hired a lawyer who had his undercover guy video the abuse.
Then, he promised to drag school admin people, city mayor and others to court after showing the videos.
The girl ended up with a private short school bus taking her and her siblings to a private school, paid for by the city.
Of course the easier/better way is to home school your kids.

Deeds are criminal, no one can presume to know your thoughts and is irrelevant to your deed.
As we can see in this case, they are always used selectively.
That kid is so little. I hate so much that this happened to him.
I don't imagine there is a responsible male/father in their life. And there in lies much of the problem.
Under Florida law this does not qualify as a Hate Crime. Of course if the roles were reversed and an African American was wearing an Obama hat when attached by a group of whites, Florida would use their Hate Crime law!

My across the street neighbors homeschooled their two daughters and they turned out just fine.
Homeschooling may not be THE answer. But until that nation wakes up, it is ONE answer and a darned good one.
There’s a lot to be said for opting out, voting with your feet, going Galt, whatever you want to call it.
Should be treated as hate crime. Need federal intervention since locals seem unable to address the issue.

I like that idea. The reason these feral savages do this is because they KNOW nothing will happen and whites need to start fighting back......and the cowards....errr the POWERS that be are afraid of the dreaded race card that these race pimps and hustlers throw down every time you try and punish one of their “chirren”.......grrrrr
