I actually feel sorry for people leaving Italy to come to the US to avoid the viri. Our government has failed the entire planet. We could have been the only safe haven. We should have been the only safe haven. Now we will soon transform into a super spreader thanks to the CDC/P.

Bring Out Your Dead

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

With the medical system we have in this country we will never see the death rates expected in the socialistic countries such as China, et al.

But let that GD pr&*k Sanders, or any other DEMONCRAT into office and you can bet that the next flu like virus that comes along will result in massive infection and death rates.

This thing isnt anywhere near the infection rate OR the death rate of the Spanish flu of 1918. And that was when all they had for treatment was bed rest and a hope and a prayer.

COVID19 bio-weapon was made in a secret PLA lab in the North. then tested in the Uigur test area were it killed 5,000 successfully. both the town and the sewers were destroyed. the canisters were then loaded on trucks bound for the L4 covert PLA lab in wusan for storage or to await deployment in Japan. On the way, near wusan, there was an accident which spilled the canisters out of the trucks and they were stolen by enterprising locals.

It seems to spread faster among Asians and perhaps be more lethal, but since real statistics from China are so hard to get, who knows?

The death rate doesn’t seem that high, and those who die are usually quite elderly or have prior respiratory problems, groups that are traditionally very baldy impacted by any flu.

I think we need to calm down. It’s very communicable but it’s not a death sentence, especially in the developed world (of which China is not a part in its treatment of its citizens).

There are plenty of 20 and 30 somethings who’ve died of this in China.

The older people die first.

The younger ones linger in the ICU for up to a month before they die too.

Younger people die of ‘cytokine storm’. That’s what killed the younger people during the Spanish Flu outbreak of 1918.

Except for the 29 year old nurse, 29 year old doctor, 34 year old doctor and 42 year old director of a hospital to name a few who died this past 2 weeks. And we only know those because they were high profile.

Shoot, the CDC is hardly testing anyone here. Steve Lookner pulled up the CDC web site to show the current number of cases in the US and it showed they've only tested 426 people!

Likely PRC isn’t providing enough tests or allowing the testing to happen.

Then again, HK went through SARS. So their idea of ‘lockdown’ and ‘quarantine’ is probably closer to the ideal than other places.

And they’re only testing people who’ve recently traveled to China in spite of Italy, Iran and most Asian nations having H2H transmission in country for several weeks now.

It’s like they don’t want to know.

Even 3rd world countries have test kits now. 46 of our states are still without them.
