Just went to AOC's website and figured out a way to send he an e-mail.They want a 9 digit residential zip code to get into the email area so it took a few minutes.
This is what I wrote:
Miss Ocasio Cortez...the other day you stated that men who don't like you are just bitter because they're not able to date you. I just want to assure you that I have *never* been so desperate for "companionship"...of *any* kind...that I was willing to get within 5 miles of a woman as vacant and insignificant as you.

I included my real name,phone number and email address...just in case there's some obscure Federal law which forbids giving false info to a US Representative.
It'll be interesting to see what,if any,replay I get!

I believe that the 9-digit zips are a unique identifier to your exact house location in the city. That knock you will be hearing on your door will probably by the F.I.B.s

Your method is how I was able to send stuff to the boxers, finesteens and p-lousyies. Even used my actual address including the state, but found a zip that worked and that seems to be the gate keeper.

Fortunately 9-digit zip codes are not that precise. They represent a sub-area within the 5-digit area. I have used a similar trick to get around the zip code qualifier ... search for the town hall or county courthouse address and use that zip code in your email.
But as other commenters have said, most emails are never seen much less read by the addressed congress-critter. A cipher in their office reads it, harvests the return email address for (unending) funding requests, and then the email is destroyed.
Even with a false address you can be tracked down.
