Obviously, you consider yourself one of those “true intellectual types”.
Don’t skip over the secession part.
Actually, I don’t. I know a few, though. Intellectual types are typically liberal, the idealistic types, who suffer bleeding hearts, and believe man can be made perfect, and above sin, if he would just try harder. Therefore, they rarely believe in God, but more in evolution, as that is what science has supposedly taught them.
They’re mostly on the left, but some are now leaving the left and moving to the middle, as emotional groups like BLM have become more representative of the left. The few intellectuals on the right, they are leaving it as well, as the emotional types who don’t see any potential middle ground, and are calling for succession, or revolution, are taking over there.
I remain on the right, and far on the right, because I believe the modern left is primarily evil, at least those in charge of the left. That doesn’t mean I support any calls on the right for succession, or revolution, as those are only tools that will not only lead to the destruction of the United States, but of the world.
Because I am not ready for revolution though, some emotional types on the right will classify me as in the middle, or even on the left. You are obviously free to believe that yourself, but if succession or revolution are your goals, I suggest you find a leader who has an actual plan, other than stirring up emotions.
Don’t worry, the left has almost completely won.
