Joe Biden made his only public appearance on Thursday as he celebrated his conservation “achievements” with a Rose Garden address, but not without making creepy comments to kids “under the age of 15.”
Biden quickly commented on the “lovely young ladies” during his appearance.

Joe Biden then demanded that all the kids under the age of 15 get on the stage with him.
Biden also asked the girls if they were hot.

So, what is the problem with kids over the age of 15 getting up there?

You have to find the whole 18 minute video from yesterday. He picks up the little girl around the 16 minute mark, then watch what he does. The article’s first pic is the aftermath of Biden’s groping, the little girl was crying and terrified.
