One Question No One Has Asked About The NY Trump Trial

Posted on 11/06/2023 6:52:46 PM PST by ChinaGotTheGoodsOnClinton

So how many people taking out these types of loans are guilty of the same type of divergent property valuations?

Why is Trump the ONLY ONE being prosecuted for this?

I think the answer really highlights how political this trial is.

“ There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. That’s the system.”

I had read that the law that they’re trying to use against Pres Trump has been blown up and doesn’t really apply to the case they’re trying to make against him.

Has something to do with consumer protection, yet no consumer was harmed.

Odd.

The whole charge is nonsense: Trump doesn’t value his own properties, his accountants and managers do. He just signs off, like every other businessman.

It’s not a trial and what ever someone might think the law is not a law. States and Corps aren’t people and can’t be defrauded.

The law was meant to protect debtors from lenders, but they turned it upside down and are pretending it was meant to protect lenders from debtors.

The old Stalinist line has been updated. It used to be: “Show me the man, I will find the crime.”

Today, when it’s Trump, it’s just: “Show me the man.”

You don’t need a crime, you don’t need a law. You just need a judge — “You’re guilty and I’m sending you away for a long time.”

It’s worse than that.

Just read a story on Raw Story by N.L. Mestel about Trump’s lawyers not being able control their client.

This is in the context of EngerMoron’s court where they are trying to string him up.

Raw Story. N.L. Mestel. ROFLMAO!!!!!

Odd.>>. No they create laws that say the State and Corps are people. It is fake law. You can’t defraud a state.

Trump doesn’t value his own properties, his accountants and managers do.

As did the bank that loaned Trump money. The bank estimated the value of Trump properties and decided to grant the loan. Trump paid the loan off, with interest. There are no victims here.

You’re right. And in the real world, the way this whole business was done is the way it’s always done.
These political people have no idea, or if they do they don’t care, they are only out to persecute Trump,

REPORT: Donald Trump reportedly pulled out a piece of paper from his suit jacket in court, claiming it would clear him of all wrongdoing in the $250M fraud case.

Left-wing Judge Arthur Engoron refused to let him read it.

The paper in question reportedly was a disclaimer clause relating to a financial statement that AG Letitia James is using to go after him.

“I would love to read this, Your Honor, if I could?” Trump reportedly asked the judge.

“Not at this point, not at this point,” Engoron replied.

“I’m shocked,” Trump shot back.

The disclaimer clause, according to Trump, meant that he wasn’t liable for any inaccuracies on the documents.

“I think that the statements of financial conditions were very good, were actually somewhat conservative, and they were totally protected, and so was I, by the disclaimer clause,” Trump argued.

Banks don’t take the borrower’s word for the value of any property. They require an independent appraisal. It’s a banking regulation. That’s why this whole thing is BS!

Why would you need to ask this question when the answer is obvious that it’s political? If successful, we will see a lot more of it.

JUST IN: Donald Trump’s attorney Alina Habba says judge Arthur Engoron had an unhinged episode in the court room where he started “slamming” a table.

Kangaroo court.

“You have a right to hire a lawyer who can stand up and stay something when they see something wrong.”

“I was told to sit down today. I was yelled at and I had a judge who is unhinged slamming a table. I don’t tolerate that in my life. I’m not going to tolerate it here.”

Wow.

BREAKING: The judge presiding over Trump’s NYC trial appears to have a peculiar hobby of posting half-naked photos of himself on a high school alumni newsletter he controls as reported on by @MarcoPolo501c3.

The 74-year-old judge Arthur Engoron appeared to even post a “Bonus-Torso-Photo” in what looks like the bathroom of a gym.

One set of images seems to be progress pictures. One picture of a frailer, malnourished male (assumed to be Judge Engoron) is labeled October 2020.

Another picture, labeled August 2021, shows the same body, flexing excessively to try and show off his muscle gains.

Judge Arthur Engoron is the editor of the Wheatley School Alumni Association Newsletter, according to a post on the website where the photos were posted.

This man is not well.
