This is a subject that I wish got more attention. My late husband was a victim of a scam at a time when he was too ill to have this kind of stress. I’ve held a hard grudge since. That particular scam was different but the premise is the same. Hit the victim emotionally and get the money by any means..
Scammer Payback is one of my favorites, but there are several working on various platforms that do amazing work. I watch how they target these low life scum, using their computers and cameras against them, stealing their files, finding victim information and stopping theft in progress, confronting them and just generally wasting the bastards time.
I’d prefer a more permanent solution involving rope................
There was a HBO special on telemarketers (in this case police associations) and it turned out that they put politicians on the payroll.....
Congress is in this up to their necks.

I enjoy these too for similar reasons. They got my mom’s SS number when she had dementia. Told her some BS like people were trying to get her. We stopped the threat, but it messed her up mentally for months. Bastards.

I take it you mean to evaluate the tensile and elongation properties of a certain length of woven fiber for a specified load & length??? Would your proposed evaluation include ignoring the objections from the specified loads on the application of previously untested Materials? Seems alright to me…;-)

Scamming an elderly invalid out of their life savings is tantamount to murder.
We used to hang horse thieves because stealing a man’s horse was to deprive him of his right to a livelihood.
These are the lowest of the lowest of the low and should be dealt with accordingly..........

The payback scammer has tried to involve law enforcement and they won’t be bothered.
I have a friend who was sitting and watching a football game, when he got a call for someone selling “vitamins.”
He had nothing better to do, so he started chatting them up. He had soooo many questions! He would agree he needed them, get halfway through his credit card number, and then he would suddenly have another question! The guy would go ask his supervisor and come back with an answer, which led to another series of questions.
3 hours later they hung up on him.

Rope can only happen after multitudes are eliminated in a civil war, which at the conclusion those remaining will have no tolerance for crime or corrupt politicians.
It will require an Internal War where people kill one another. You cannot undo the vast damage to America or the people in society who deserve better. The criminal element is comprised of the DNC caucasus of race, gender, G-benders, gifters, Marxists, and the criminal community which cannot be separated in large part due their black community tolerance.
It really will take an intervention. Whether we are a people defeated by an outside army... who will decide to keep one group or the other - it is probably better to hide than fight. They will get rid of millions of unproductive and problematic people. These dumbasses are so self entitled that they will protest until the napom after warning shots.
I can actually understand why people welcome a conquering force so that the conditions for life will actually improve and even the conqueror’s Rule of Law/War may be a better alternative to Hamas Students for Gencoide, Tranny’s, Gays, and the DNC.
You don’t have to do anything but hide.

I totally agree. My wife and I recently received emails claiming to be the IRS.
Real official looking work, telling each of us how much money we were going to get back in refunds, we just needed to click on a link and go to their “website”
for further instructions…
Into the spam folder it went.
I don’t know what people here think about it, but I think that one of the BEST things that could be done is to take away their ability to spoof phone numbers that show up on your caller ID as from somewhere in the US when it’s really from some other place or country. Telecommunications companies actually allow this - must be some kind of revenue stream from it or some benefit. I can’t see any valid reason for it, myself.
