The Black Swan event is likely to occur before the 2024 election, especially if it becomes obvious that Trump will win despite the Left's every effort to cheat him a second time.

I have a prediction:
Taiwan is invaded or blockaded by China. China activates 100's of sleeper cells, who interfere with or destroy much of America's infrastructure. Electrical power is shut down nationwide. Then, Biden's helicopter is shot down by a lucky shot. It will be done with a Ghost Gun AR-15 with a bump-stock and a 100 round magazine. The gun will be acquired by exploiting the gun show loophole. This gun will be wielded by a MAGA-cap wearing, older white male who recently posted about being opposed to the Global Warming agenda, the transexual agenda, and Big Technology censorship. He will have attended the January 6th sedition/terrorism/revolt/riot/attempted coup/rebellion/insurrection, and believes the untrue lies (that have been disproven) that there was any widespread voter fraud in 2020, even though there is no credible evidence, and following the fact that this fabricated and false accusation has been debunked as falsehood, and is unfounded, lacking evidence, and all such charges have been dismissed and proven to be without merit, substance, or any modicum of truth.
Then, a weird new disease is released. It will be Chinese in origin, and will cause everyone infected to vomit out chicken feathers, despite never having been around a chicken. 95% of those infected will die. The government will mandate a vaccine that is 97% ineffective, and causes rapid onset of hair cancer in 40% of those who take it.
The dollar will collapse completely, wiping out Social Security and retirement accounts completely. The government will outlaw possession of the hyperinflated dollar, in favor of their electronic blockchain US Credit monetary unit. They will also outlaw the possession of gold, silver, real estate, cars, and old copies of Rush's 2012 album.
Then comes the alien invasion, and the zombies, and the werewolves. Food stamps will no longer work. Racial riots will break out everywhere. There will be severe weather, then comes the volcanos and the asteroids.
No matter how HORRIFYINGLY PAINFULLY TRAGICALLY AWFUL it really is, it is a MILLION times worse. Then things get *really* tough. After that, HORRIBLE things happen, and then we REALLY get screwed. Immediately following that, the BOTTOM drops out and we are all DEAD, and THEN things get HARD! Once that happens, it signifies the TOTAL collapse of EVERYTHING, and that's when the CATASTROPHE starts! It's the sign of the end of EVERYTHING, but after that, comes the TRAGEDY. Then times get DIFFICULT, and things get WORSE, until it's EXCRUCIATING, but that's just the beginning, because after that it's all PAIN.

Grid takedown about 3 months before the election. It will be done at the request of China via the sabatoge of critical large transformers at substations. It will be blamed on Putin and his right wing lackeys. Elections cancelled. Biden will accept the aid of Chinese manpower to restore order so we can quickly hold elections. Anyone who questions this will be characterized as enemies of the state and insurrecitonists. China will bring replacements for the transformers that were sabatoged (they knew which ones and have replacements ready). And then they will never leave. To fight against it will be characterized as racist by our media.

Water mains in every major city will break at 9pm on election night forcing poll watchers to leave, and Biden will miraculously have a 3am bump in every swing state to overcome Trump and win a 2nd term.

If a nuclear bomb is detonated in hostility in any city in the world, markets will crater. A mass exodus from cities will turn into a panicked stampede. I don't see how the Deep State benefits from such a sequence of events, so I consider that probability to be low also.
It appears that - unlike panicked Democrat operatives - the Deep State itself does not care if Trump wins in November. They have immunized themselves against any consequences by reminding him through lawfare just how much a billionaire has to lose if he does not play along.
Really, the Black Swan already happened - they stole the 2020 (and 2022) elections and brazened it out without any real consequences. Now with their people firmly in control of the permanent government and the courts they don't really need to steal many elective offices for their puppets again. It would even benefit them for Trump to win this time - thereby "proving" to the MSM-informed that the Deep State doesn't really exist and conservatives are all liars.
And hopefully Gyorgy Schwartz doesn’t live to see his next birthday and his offspring don’t receive a single penny of his wealth.
I like to keep my predictions on the safe side. Oh, and the Mariners will win the World Series.
....and during Biden's acceptance speech, he will crap his pants and take them off on live TV.
