.

Contained in Thread 7:

Radio interview with one of Michael's ex-girlfriends, transcript from CBS News Sunday Morning - Sunday 11-09-03 (Martha Teischner reports over a series of pre-recorded video clips in this news magazine's lead story...), possible link to collusion in the legal proceedings involving attorney George Felos (representing Michael Schiavo) and the neurologist Dr. Peter Bambakidis (court appointed, independent, examining physician), information on Judge Greer not being a judge, Tiger Bay Club Schiavo Debate Info, Michael Schiavo charged with perjured testimony, Michael Schiavo is this month's "black boot" award winner from conspiracyworld.com, Schiavo case timeline and 2 informative letters to Gov. .

Ckick on pic for Terri's website

.

This thread serves as a place for posting all new general information and references, along with links following Terri's case, plus information on cable news and talk radio shows dealing with the issue, court cases and press releases. This is also the place to post contact information, prayers and general discussion.

If you have something that qualifies as BREAKING NEWS or FRONT PAGE NEWS, please post it on a separate thread in that category in order to give it maximum exposure and then post a link to the article/thread here so that it will be included in the next update of links. Also, if you post links to articles from original sources and there is also a thread on FR, please link to the FR thread. Many original links become corrupt over time and we want to be able to access the information at will.

ATTENTION friends of Terri! I have been asked by the folks in Florida to post the following message:

PLEASE HONOR THIS REQUEST FROM TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA: DO NOT PUT NAME AND TOWN or other personal info of TERRI VOLUNTEERS in public posts on the Terri threads. If in doubt, DELETE THEIR NAME OUT!!! Please do not post personal addresses and phone #s, towns re: Terri's volunteers and her family. PLEASE SEND PEOPLE TO terrisfight.org for the Foundation Address. Thanks.

Many thanks to all of you who are helping keep FReepers and others up to date with information and for all your efforts in making this thread work. All the research, transcripts, prayers and contact information are invaluable. Special thanks to Calpernia for the header graphic.

File a report of complaint to the 2nd DCA. Be specific as to your complaints and violations.

True. Even the atty does not have knowledge of what or where they are in the investigation.
The positive is that they have access to the sealed medical records.

These evil RATS are killers.

It's no wonder, they don't want the TEN Commandments in the courthouses, because they break ALL TEN commandments all the time....

I been studying the messages from the Holy Mother site,
and I found this message..."My Children, please listen,
God is not happy with what you are doing here, ....His hand
of protection will be release,etc...."

I get it....and see it. and understand it..100%
We are living in the end-times, and Judgement day
is coming fast, and we are being fore-warn by these
messages, signs, and events...I am ready for it, but
many are not...

getting back, okay there republicans, this will make it
easiler in getting Democrats, Indep,etc..in Signing petition to IMPEACH, or RECALL these COUNTY Judges....

It will also send a message nation-wide to all the other
I am GOD judges, to shape up and obey the U.S. Constitution
and Bill of Rights, or less...... bye-bye

"We the people" run this country not them.

Freeper Marmema has done some excellent research since learning about this case. Look at her home page here: http://www.freerepublic.com/~marmema/ to find out just how far the culture of death has progressed.

My hope is that they will rely on medical records. How can they not see abuse and neglect when they see pt reports where she is making progress in the early years, and then all pt gets stopped? Or that lack of basic care such as dental and gynacological care, the lack of any stimulation, the restrictions on visitors, not allowing her to get out in her wheelchair? The attempt to not treat a life-threatening infection with simple antibiotics? They would have to be blind to not see neglect.

That being said, I remain cautiously optimistic.

Thanks for the welcome. I will have to acclimate myself to the site later. We have much work to do to save Terri from court mandated death.
Getting Bernie McCabe to move on an investigation is of paramount importance at this time. If you feel compelled, please email him.

wonder how Felos would change his mind if he suddenly had a stroke and was paralyzed with a good ( for him impossible) feeding tube and could not speak but u could tell by his eyes he was aware(just like Terri) Guess God doesn't always do justice the way we see justice

This is what many of us have hashed out regarding the medical issues.
PRINCIPAL DIAGNOSIS:
CARDIAC ARREST (APPROPOS AFTER YOU ARE SMOTHERED)
LIKE DUHHH..HEART EVENTUALLY STOPS AFTER NO AIR TO THE BRAIN AND ORGANS.

SECONDARY DIAGNOSIS
ANOXIA.
RESPIRATORY FAILURE;
CONVULSIONS

IF Terri Schiavo had a conversation with her husband regarding life support measures after an accident, this alleged conversation took place prior to her collapse in 1990. A G tube was not considered life support at that time, and in many medical quarters, is not considered life support at the present time.

During the course of my career, a G tube has never been defined as a life supporting measure. Therefore, we do not know whether Terri would consider a G tube life support, nor do we know her true desires in this situation. Judge Greer is basing his decisions in this case on his own personal feelings, and the words of a husband who has been abusive, neglectful, and has a definite conflict of interest. This is blatant abuse of power.

I question why LE never followed up with suspected abuse upon Terri's initial admission into the hospital. LE is to uphold the laws. They have failed Terri. This girl was fine when she went to bed. In the event of a cardiac crisis, multiple bone fractures are impossible, unless she was behind the wheel of a car, or fell off a two story building. You tell me why this girl has extensive injuries.

A cardiac event shows specific cardiac enzymes, which are elevated, and stay elevated for a period of days, gradually decreasing. Doc Hammesfahr denies elevated cardiac enzymes. Therefore, this girl had an hypoxic/anoxic episode. Brought on by what? If there was no trauma, you tell me what caused the O2 deprivation leading to brain injury. You tell me what caused the multiple fractures this girl sustained.

An elevated blood sugar and low potassium do not add up either. Diabetics out of control are admitted with blood sugars in the 700-800 range, and are aware, walking, and able to communicate. A low potassium will not cause a heart attack if the individual has a healthy heart with no cardiac history. If you factor in the paramedics actions, they run a D5W or D10W bolus, which elevates the blood sugar, thus diluting the potassium. This action will not cause a heart attack, stroke, or any other cardiac crisis.

Since Michael Schiavo has said he has no money left, as he spent it on lawyer fees to kill his wife, which was condoned by Judge Greer, the obvious solution would be transferring guardianship to Terri's biological family. Yet, the boy is adamantly opposed to this course of action. He wants to get on with his life, but only after he kills his current wife. Divorce is another option that he refuses to pursue. This boy's aberrant behavior is suspicious, at the very least. I cannot accept this boy's strong desire to kill his wife under these circumstances.

I suggest you all familiarize yourselves with PVS. There has been long standing controversy regarding the diagnosis and prognosis, since 1972. If the medical experts cannot agree, why is the Florida court system hell bent on killing this woman? According to one study, PVS has a misdiagnosis rate of 43%. That is a high rate of mistakes.

Pray relentlessly.

I'm new here, but for God's sake, let the poor girl go. There is a better place on the other side.

Thanks to Terri, a lot of us are beginning to see the depths to which we, as a nation, have fallen.

The sad part is, we have no one to blame but ourselves. "msmagoo" posted this yesterday: "There are no slippery slopes toward loss of liberties, only a long staircase where each step downward must first be tolerated by the American people and their leaders.''

We have been tolerant enough. God grant us the strength to redeem our nation!

Maybe you should go there then. Maybe you could stand in for Terri.

Your rhyming is just perfect. Michael Schiavo will pay for killing! The way I see how the courts and Michael have been working tirelessly to kill Terri is purely satanic. Nobody has the right to decide who lives and who dies for that is job of the Father Almighty which includes the priest who refused her Communion because they don't feel she is worthy enough to live. They are all trying to play God. May their souls burn in hell forever.

Did you catch that, "does a Felos"? In fact, I get disconnected more often than a hospital patient with George Felos in the room.

Pine Bluff?
