This is interesting to say the least:

What they fail to understand is the fact that "Terri" is "NOT DYING".... it is only Michael who "wants" her to die.
Me thinks that Michael is in need of some quick cash, thus the rally to hurry up and get rid of her. Otherwise, what is the rush?

Still think this entire post should be sent to Jeb Bush's state legal team and to Judge Greer and Judge Baird, and FELOS the vampire, if possible.

I wonder if ANYONE ANYWHERE has ever had a starvation/dehydration order reversed to save himself and lived to tell about it. It is very clear that the liberal GOP triumvirate of Demers, Baird, and Greer is determined in advance to kill poor Terri. This triumvirate has "no remorse," an expression usually otherwise held in high regard among the liberal community.

Federal investigations proceed at such a slow pace, and their results are often so unreliable and disappointing. We still need to apply public pressure to get the guardianship changed. Otherwise, we cannot save Terri. She is doomed again in FL. Most Americans still have never heard of Terri and those who have think she is "in a coma." It's hard to convince Americans of truth.

The timeline and spooky connections between the hospice and the key players for Michael Schiavo, including JUDGE GREER, needs to be sent to State Legal Team ASAP...if this is not a good ENOUGH reason for moving the venue to Tallehassee, I cannot imagine what a good reason would be....this SMACKS of COLLUSION on the surface!!!! Pinellas County inter-relationships of these players reads like a mafia playbook.

The FL "courts" seem appalled that Terri's Law applies "only" to Terri. However, in U.S. history after the Civil War, Congress often passed "private pension plans" for Union veterans and their surviving wives. These were never declared unconstitutional. It was a Democrat, Grover Cleveland, who most objected to such private bills. Cleveland, for instance, veoted one such bill that would have given a pension to a Union veteran who was killed, not in war, but in a hunting accident during the war.

I am afraid that the FL judiciary is ignorant of history, the Constitution of the United States and of FL, and corrupt to the core as well.

I don't know if that vampire (felos) has a living will or not....the root of his name is strange enough, but his career really cements in the evil this man promotes. My guess-he truly gathers a sickly thrill from the power he has gotten thru manipulation of the courts to kill others. This is a man who looks to perfection as the most important mark of 'quality of life'. He is scary, demented, furious that he has actually been challanged, probaby threatening the other key players all over pinellas county about now, and trying to recoup his steamroller approach.

For sure, there are probably a lot of people, myself included, that would enjoy felos gaining insight and perhaps feeling shame (at least enough to shut the you know what up) should Terri be allowed to live her GOD given life and begin to thrive.

George J. Felos is incapable of "feeling shame." He may be incapable of "feeling" anything! Still, he must have loyal followers, more than we would suspect, such as Janet Reno and what Rush Limbaugh calls the "green Howard Dean."

And Baird can't enter a new order.
So I guess Felos will be back before Greer the instant Terri's Law is declared unconstitutional.
Baird does not have the tube removal issue before him.
He's only been asked to rule on the statute.

on Baird's ruling that Schindlers can't be parties.
In fact, his order yesterday did not take into account Terri's OTHER constitutional rights.
A perfect example of why the parents should be parties.

These are the statutes violated regarding Terri.
Florida Statutes 744.474, 744.3215, 415.102, 765.102, 744.3675, 744.361, 744.446, 435.03, 798.01, 798.02, 415.111, 744.309, have all been violated and abused, and these violations and abuse condoned by the courts in this state. Terri's basic hygienic needs have been neglected and compromised by her husband for years. Her therapy has been neglected, and this is abusive, not only by her husband, but by the institutions where she has been housed. Laws have been broken here.
