Goat's good. We had a dairy goat farm when I was a kid (no pun intended). Hard to get people to sell you their goats nowadays, if there's a chance you're going to eat it. Buried somewhere under decades of accumulated junk, I still have a goat milk fudge recipe that is to die for. Cow milk cannot be substituted. I'd love to have another milk goat.

We had goats when I was a kid too. Elizabeth and Victoria...Queen Goats!

Quite a few still in this area. Ask around. Bet you'd find someone more than willing to supply you with a few cups of goat milk. Lot easier to buy the milk the take care of the goats.

I can get goat's milk at a local health foods store. (Goat's milk chocolate milk is to die for, too!)

Keep me in mind if you ever find that goat's milk fudge recipe, please. (I'm sure I could convert it to use Whey Low and keep it low carb.) ;)

I was going to do venison on Sunday - but got a great deal on really nice shrimp - so the venison can wait until Monday!!!

Now if I could just figure out what I'm going to do with the scallops for tonight!!! but we ate late lunch so no one is screaming for dinner - yet!
