Howard Stern hates Christians
radioactive

Posted on 02/27/2004 11:00:58 PM PST by Radioactive

Howard Stern on his radio program today stated that anyone who goes to see the movie "The Passion of the Christ" is stupid & ignorant. He went on to say that these Jesus Freaks have to be kept out of government and that we need to get Bush out of the White house.

He blames his problems with his filth on the air on the Bush administration and "hopes that Americans realize that Kerry would do just as good a job as president as Bush and we need to clean house so that his "program" can continue to be on the air and is cutting edge."

Stern and his ilk (Cabolic Jews) have been exposing themselves as anti Christian bigots for years.

Suggest you work on that phrasing.

Seems to me most antisemitism is caused by Jewish hypersensitivity to antisemitism.

What Jewish hypersensitivity caused the antisemitism of the Nazis, Communists, and Moslems?

Nazis killed just as many or more Christians as they did Jews (50 MILLION human beings died in WW2, not just 6 million Jews); Same can be said of the Communists and Muslims. And it can even be argued that Christian persecution is far more rampant today in the world than that of the Jews. Bottom line is religious persecution is religious persecution, aimed at Jews or not. Why is it then that all we ever hear about is antisemitism?

Wow, Howard. I'll miss you, too. NOT!

Jesus loves you, Howie...

Be careful. I've noticed there are several FReeper around here who happily feed on his sewage.

I'd suggest the greater concern, and valid one, that most FReepers have is that a "too powerful" FCC, that has always leaned to the left IMHO, will suddenly decide the political talk shows consist of "hate speech" and target them next.

Howard Stern's show was mearly "flushing the bowl".

They have a well organized and financed campaign to fight it and make it public.

If Howard were on the radio in a Moslem country he would be dead.

For a long time now his material has been totally incomprehensible unless, of course, his whole point was to get everyone else to stare at his crotch or something.

It's just a matter of time and this guy's going to be defecating on public sidewalks at high noon.

No, antisemitism is not caused by Jews, by what Jews believe, or by Jewish behavior.

Antisemitism is brought to us by antisemites.

With or without Abe Foxman around there would be antisemites.

Enlightened people recognize that the attacks on Christianity are coming from folks who would adopt the role of an Adolph Eichmann in a second. Those same people attack Judaism as well, reserving some of their worst vitriol for Orthodoxy.

It's sad really. Howard used to be a guy who was more libertarian than liberal. He was pro-cop, pro-gun, pro-death penalty and against high taxes. Not an intellectual, of course, but something that a lot of FReepers(obviously) could relate to on some level.

Why is it when I was hating Christians/Christianity as an adolescent no one was behind me, now I respect and like them(while remaining agnostic) and everyone's on the bandwagon?

I tellz ya, I'm a trendsetter.

Until the controversy over "The Passion of the Christ," I had no idea how despised Christians were.

They have a big problem with the Bible.

Howard S***, Billdo (unless one is a nominal Christian in a beautiful young willing intern's body), Shrillery, Kerry-beri ExLaxface, Scuba Teddy, Boxerface, Babs StrivingNtheSand, Ted TurnsMyStomach, CBS COMMIE BROADCAST STAFF, NATIONAL BUNKO STAFF--NBC--far too high a percentage; ACLU STAFF, PLANNED PARENTDELETION ORG;

. . .

And a cast of millions

hate God, love rebellion, hate most authority and

certainly hate authentic, Born-Again, Spirit-filled Christians.

I'm just imagining if a non-Jewish media personality (or, say, Hutton Gibson) were to say that Jewish people are "stupid and ignorant" and "have to be kept out of government." Somehow I think that would be big news.... It may not be a good comparison, though, since I wonder to what extent Howard Stern really is Jewish, at least in terms of practicing his faith. I am always hesitant to see people labeled as members of a particular faith simply because they were raised in it. There are far too many pro-abortion "Catholic" politicians around for me to accept these labels at face value. To me, your religion isn't like a blood type.... the extent to which you practice it or believe in it, the role it plays (or doesn't play) in your life has to be taken into account. I could easily see an observant Jewish person feeling pretty irked at Howard Stern being referred to as "Jewish"... maybe it's the same way I feel when I read about John Kerry or Ted Kennedy as "Catholics." I have noticed, however, that "The Passion of the Christ" seems to have brought out a lot more anti-Christian bigotry than anti-Semitism!

I recently visited New York. I am routinely flabbergasted by how friendly and helpful I find the natives to be whenever I go there.

However, this past time, I was shocked at how rude a particular lady was to me. It was a shock because it was so uncharacteristic of my experiences there.

But she was the lady at Kinko's who was so involved in "publishing how Bush stiffed us for the 15 billion he promised us on nine-eleven" that, when I asked if I could borrow a pen, she became a pillar of stone and pretended not to hear me. It was the most blatant act of rudeness I have ever experienced -- I've been treated with far more respect on the subway.

Anyway, there was a young gentleman on my left who saw what was going on and offered me a pen...and, as for the lady, there are only two things I recall about her: coldly indifferent to fellow humans (I'm being generous here) and zeaolously against anything "Bush."
