Is 9/11 an Issue?
Opinion Journal ^ | 03/05/04 | editors
Kerry can regale us with his "heroics" in Vietnam of 30 years ago; yet it is improper for Bush to remind us of the deadliest attack on American soil and his response to it.

THE PRESIDENT'S 9/11 CASE (Campaign Ad)
New York Post ^ | 3/05/04
Is it fair for President Bush to use images from Ground Zero in his reelection campaign? Damned right it is.

Sept. 11 Families Disgusted by Bush Campaign Ads
Yahoo (Reuters) ^ | 3/4/04 | Mark Egan
People that protest this ad would rather forget about 9/11. Guess what? It did happen and during Bush's presidency. Not only does he have a RIGHT to reference the event, he has an OBLIGATION to do so...
These people put their own political agenda ahead of the country's safety.
Doyle and Willett--
"Quite honestly, he probably would have gotten booed," Bill Doyle, who lost his son Joey in the attack, said of a Bush visit.
 The 9-11 Visibility Project.
Meet the Willet family.Willets..
Mr. Doyle is in the liberal media rolodex. Every time they need a quote attacking Bush, he's there with fresh new material: http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2002/05/17/families.htm
Willett is a real piece of work:
A letter to the FTC.

Judge for yourself--

FOX news just did a hit piece on Bush's new ads. They ran them and pointed out that the people appearing in them were paid actors. The police, firmen, and soldiers were not real and that Bush even highlighted his own job loss issue in one of them. We should all be furious over this and I for one am making my thoughts clear to Fox.

Do Orwell-ocrats Own 9-11?
FrontPageMagazine.com ^ | 3/05/04 | Lowell Ponte
The first television campaign ad for President George W. Bush came under partisan attack in the Leftist media because it included a few solemn, dignified frames of devastation from the World Trade Center, destroyed by terrorists on September 11, 2001.

These slimy dim-o-Rats have shown satan to be their leader. Plain evil is the building block of which they are made. The ads were magnificent, spot-on, and in extremely good taste,

9/11 belongs to every American, much as Pearl Harbor, or the War for Independence. The surviving family members have our sympathies, and as a nation we have come together and insured that their families will never want. It was "OUR" President that rushed himself and $20 Billion to Ground Zero! The few outspoken protesters have shown themselves to be shallow, unappreciative, and left-leaning. I watched several interviews on Fox last night, and O'Reilly shredded their arguments (as lame as they were).

President Bush should jab ole "Horse-Face" with a really blistering ad using more powerful images, just so "Lurch" will know the difference between a prod and a full body-slam!!!

BTW, have I mentioned that I HATE dim-o-Rats?!

We as a nation were attacked and suffered casualties, just a surely as it has happened in any war. W was the man we depended on to rally the nation and defend us from more hits. The man has done an exemplary job in both areas. I am so sick with victimology.Over my sixty years I've seen this as an increasingly popular form of coercion. The families of those killed by our enemies received huge sums of money, money that victims of other wars never saw. The image of the trade center in the W commercial is, probably, on the screen for less than 2 seconds. The image is a recounting of a historical event. How the President handled one of the worst situations ever handed a new leader is truly incredible. Give the man 2 seconds of truth without almost blaming him for the grief.

The Ground Zero ad makes GW look good, just as his aircraft carrier pilot's uniform makes him look good.

Suggest the Dims produce an ad which makes Kerry look good. Like his tossing 'his' medals over the WH fence.....

In all seriousness, the ads should show the WTC jumpers falling that long way down, with a voiceover of John Kerry saying that the terror threat is "exaggerated."

Ow!

I just don't see how Kerry can win- there's just too much evidence... including his own words- to make him hopelessly tainted.

There are a lot of blind liberals and moderates out there who would drink kool-aid for their cause doing what is not necessarily good for their country but good for their party.
