Listen up, FR Posse! I got que'ed up on a GOP Conf Call at 9:30 CT to hear Ed Gillespie unveil the Kerry "Spendometer" on the GOP.com site. When asked what news org. I was from(by the mod.) I said none, but I'm a member of FreeRepublic.com. That got me thro!

After snide, pro-Kerry ??? from Lawrence, Brownstein & Bradley, and their follow-ups, I was introduced just by my name to ask mine. I said "thank you on the behalf of Internet Media". Ed replied "You bet"!

I couldn't say I repped FR, so I didn't. But I did get on just as someone from the Internet.

I asked about Kerry's claim that he would cut Fed. $$$ in other areas to afford his proposed $$$$$$. And how does the GOP plan to frame the Deficit issue as the much greater spending Dems attack GWB on it.

Gillespie said the GOP has searched in vain for any specifics from Kerry on any cuts. So it is only talk. On the Deficit issue, he said they will stress JK's "TAX GAP" - the Kerry promise to reduce the Deficit while massively raising $$$$$$ while taxing upper income more & middle income less. He can only do it by taxing much more than he admits.

AND THE PARTISAN MEDIA HACKS WERE ON THE CALL, SITTING THERE HEARING ME! I felt euphoric!!!!!

If you ever get a chance to talk with someone from the administration and RNC, please ask them to talk up the fact that OBL and Saddam were working hand in glove for years. The press knows it. Monsoor Ijaz mentioned it today on FNC and said Clarke knew they were working hand in glove.

When the American voting public hears more about this, AND THEY NEED TO HEAR MORE ABOUT IT FROM THE ADMINISTRATION, they will reject Kerry in droves.
