So, unfortunately, Ron Dog couldn't organize a counter protest to A.N.S.W.E.R.'s communist front anti-war rally today in downtown Los Angeles (yes ACLU, named after Angels of the Christian God). The ProtestWarriors were there, 3 strong, and two part time freeperettes. Obviously we were out-numbered.
I think I got there first, as I walked around the starting point at Olympic and Broadway, I figured there would be some type of Conservative turnout. I asked an L.A.P.D. officer where the Conservatives, if any, would be staging. The officer answered that there was none scheduled or permitted, but he saw fit to give me a lecture. He remembered me from the March 20th, counter-protest. I don't know how he recognized me given I blend in so well, what with the cowboy hat (in homage of my man Bush) and the Superman outfit resplendent with cape. The good officer reminded me of what a nuissance I had become at the last neo-commie rally, and when I offered the reality of how I was spit on, pushed, punched and otherwise assaulted, it was almost like he turned a blind eye and attempted to paint me with the color of villain.
I listened to the officer and reminded him of my right to free-speech, when a green-hatted communist from the (National Lawyers Guild) butted in his communist head. I told him it was none of his business and I had no intention in engaging a communist in discussion, "so stay out of it!"
I parted company with this dynamic duo, because the officer evidently had more respect for the commie than me (which will be evident later in the story). I made my way towards the end point of the A.N.S.W.E.R. slither and half way I met the freeperettes (don't know their screen names) and we found the 3 Protest-Warriors. We all waited for the parade to make way and it shortly did. As they passed I called them what they were, "communists." I let them know, in no uncertain terms, that they were fooling nobody. They were homosexuals, 70's rejects, militant Islamics and garden variety bottom-feeders. I made sure they realized that fascism is socialism, and no amount of B.S. could change that they were indeed the fascists, that they were advocating the ideology that murdered 100,000,000 people and that there were Saddamites and liars.
It is getting long, so I will finish in a bit…It has a nice finale.

As I entered their web of deceit, I was quickly shadowed by some green-hatted scumbags (National Lawyers Guild). One decided to engage me and tried to make me understand the virtues of communism. I took him to school on what this event was all about, cornered him and just watched him try to find a loop-hole to scurry into. I realized this was going nowhere, so I made way through the slime and human filth and found the three young men from Protest-Warrior. I eventually found them politely on the other side of yellow tape that separated the demonstration from the public.
I pulled out my beloved bullhorn and was going to give Danny what-for, but I was advised by a Protest-Warrior to wait until the speakers concluded. Biting my lip, I conceded. We were about 80 feet from the main stage, from which hate and venom was being spewed and saturated by the useless idiots. Some black militant communist woman calling for revolution, Danny Glover spewing lies and bile. Then the last straw...Jackie Goldberg gets up there and starts her verbal sedition and treasonous rhetoric. I pulled out ole' bully (bullhorn that is) and with every break in her speech I bellowed forcefully that she was a "LIAR" and that she was a "communist" and "communist stooge."
This was backwards sacrilege to the fascists in tie-dye clothing and Mao and Che Guevera shirts. The proverbial was about to hit the fan.

Now, we must understand, I am about 6'2" and 210 pounds, and my voice tends to exaggerate my physical characteristics. I easily moved within bullhorn target range (Jackie the bull-dyke commie) and kept up my free-speech exercise. The green-hats and brown shirts would again surround me, repeat. Finally their more aggressive and larger members started coming at me, in my face. This doesn't intimidate me and I was not about to stand down to this filth in scum's clothing.
This 40-something dude, about my height gets in my face and tells me I have to leave NOW!...I laugh at the guy and continue on undaunted, but this guy is aggressive and is obviously trying to force my hand onto his face. I know the trick and would not allow him the pleasure, and this simply infuriates him to the point of grabbing the bullhorn from in front of my face, hitting me with it in the process and tries to aggressively and violently steal the bullhorn from me...Uh uh uh!!!...He doesn't realize that under the costume is about 13 years of weight-training and plenty of testosterone.
The cop wouldn't help you at this point?

No. It was evident, the moment I pulled out ole' bully, that I was being accosted and so they moved in. They sort of kept their distance, maybe about 20 feet behind me. When the scum started surrounding me they moved in, as I saw them in my periphery. By the time I was assaulted, secured the bullhorn and squared off, the cops moved in and separated us. I was taken back to where the police cars were. The officer who took sides with the green-hat in the beginning of the thread, ended up being the guy taking me back.
The moment he walked up I told him I wanted the violator arrested for assault. He sort of poo-poo'd me and took me out of range. I told him I wanted witnesses and for that guy to be arrested. They chose to ignore my requests and searched me for weapons (standard operating procedure, I supposed). This takes some time, but I was being treated like the guilty party.
Now, lets reflect...I was on THE OTHER SIDE of the tape that separated scum from humanity. I was exercising my free-speech. I was approached from people who breached the dividing line. I was surrounded and accosted. I was assaulted and sufferred attempted theft.
Finally I get some answers from the cop and he says that the perpetrator was accusing me of assault and he had some witnesses. How conveeeeenieeentttttt. The lawyer had his communist lawyer buddies around him and he decided to turn his assault on me into an assault on him. I told the suspect officer that the guy was a liar and assaulted me, and I wanted witnesses. I told him I wanted the perp under arrest for assault.
What about the other FReepers and protest warriors?
The officer who had a hard-on for me told me the C.O. was arresting the perp and released him, and he told me he was letting me go with my bullhorn. Some time passed and he told me he was keeping the bullhorn for evidence, doing an about face. I am unclear what happened on their end but I questioned him why and he said it was evidence in an assault charge. I said, "you mean him assaulting me," he said "no, you assaulting him." I said the perp is a liar. He again poo-poo'd me, and then I asked him if the perp had any marks that evidence assault. The cop said, "no." I said, "ya, that is because he is a liar."
Nothing formal in the way of proof that charges were filed against me. I was told to contact 'Central Division', to get my bullhorn back, and that the detectives would be in touch with me (a little unclear here too).
So, I don't know what all of this means, but I do know that I was denied my right to free speech, accosted, assaulted and had a false police report filed against me. I do know that the cop was taking sides against me, treated me wrongly and illicitly deprived me of my property.
So, I was violated by National Lawyers Guild, A.N.S.W.E.R. and deprived of property by the L.A.P.D...(don't mean to sound like a victim, but a spade is a spade).
Dang, that's too bad. You'll need to find a buddy with a video camera to follow you to these kind of events.
It means that Civil War II is coming, and we all need to be prepared to deal with what happened to you, or worse.

Anyway, if you have a reasonable belief that they are treating YOU as the SUSPECT, then - and pay close attention here - when the time comes to pick up your property and detectives want to "talk" to you, - immediately tell them that you will not talk without your lawyer present. (Words can get twisted, if you know what I mean.) If you can take a lawyer with you, so much the better. But make it clear to them that you are exercising your Miranda rights (I know, I know, you're not in "custody" - but screw that, exercise them anyway) and that you are exercising your 5th Amendment right to be silent. They may tell you that they only want to get "your side of the story." Screw that too, because you have already gotten the impression that they consider you the suspect! Demand a lawyer, and shut up, because anything you say can be used against you in a criminal court AND in a civil court! Of course then, it gives the police a convenient excuse to drop the charges, but, and again, with the assistance of a lawyer, nothing prevents you from writing your version of the events, and submitting it to the police. (By the way, did you get a case number, badge number, Officer name, etc?)
Remember, their side has LEFTIST lawyers, and to them law is a tool to free criminals and oppress their enemies, nothing more. They won't hesitate to persecute, and prosecute, YOU!
