Even if all our American Jews supported the President, there are only some 6 million of them. The rats have an unlimited number of dead constituents. That is my greatest fear.

Still, I should love to see Bush win their votes. I believe he has more to be a worthy alley and friend to Israel.

As a Christian and a conservative voter, I would give President Bush an "A" for his handling of the war and on foreign policy and a ""D"" for his domestic policy; the open border policy, campaign finance reform(definitely an affront of the first amendment), his appointment of liberals to positions of power in government, and using men like the communist senator of Massachusetts to help draft his education bill are all part of the reason for the D on domestic policies which hurt America and our children. It is more important to do that which is right and good for people than to do that which harms people. I believe that if he would simply close the borders, his poll ratings would increase at least 6 points.

I think it's comparable to the phenomenon of so many older people who vote Democrat just because they were raised to believe Democrats are "for the working man" and Republicans are "for the rich."

Yes, here in the East, many of the old-time first generation ethnics vote Democrat. That would include Catholics as well as Jews. They vote in tradition of FDR. It's not really just a Jewish thing. I see these voters everyday, and they really do believe that the Democrats are for the working man.

Essentially, I believe the committee assignments, like security council participation, are a function of the regional groups.

It is important for the United States to support and honor Israel, the only true democracy in the Middle East. We will ensure that Israel maintains a qualitative edge in defensive technology over any potential adversaries. We will not pick sides in Israeli elections. The United States has a moral and legal obligation to maintain its Embassy and Ambassador in Jerusalem. Immediately upon taking office, the next Republican president will begin the process of moving the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Israel’s capital, Jerusalem.

Republicans endorse continued assistance and support for countries that have made peace with Israel — led by Egypt and Jordan.
