News Release PRWEB ^ | September 8, 2004 | The Imperial Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam

Aurora,IL (PRWEB) September 8, 2004 -- OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS - From the Office of the Leadership of the The Imperial Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam & Vietnamese Constitutional Monarchist League:

His Imperial Highness Prince Nguyen Phuc Buu Chanh of Vietnam, Regent of the Imperial Nguyen Dynasty and President of The Vietnamese Constitutional Monarchist League denounces the Communist Government on the return of United States Servicemen MIA or possible POWs’ and Human Rights Record.

It has been stated by American Marines and Army Soldiers who are in Vietnam searching for MIA's, that there is corruption within the government of Vietnam. They stated that every village had a scam in operation. The village leaders would claim to have buried in the rice fields two or three Americans who had died during the war. It would cost the American government approximately $10,000 to dig in the fields and to hire local workers. They were required to stay in Vietnam Army Hotel for $75 a night and hire Vietnamese helicopters to take them to the village. We were informed that it cost $750 an hour for the helicopter ride. There were about 30 US military personnel looking for MIA's in Da Nang and every major city had a similar team. It is costing the United States millions of dollars.

The Communist Government proudly denies reports of POW’s but if that is the case, why aren’t Non-Government Veteran Agencies i.e. Rolling Thunder, Inc. not allowed to send representatives into Vietnam and travel freely without being followed or harassed by Communists Officials or their agents?

Secondly why are former South Vietnamese Military Personnel still in prison or house arrest?

Why are Former Members of the South Vietnamese Military still after 29 years since the end of the war harassed, do not receive any disability or medical treatment, their widows do not receive any compensation and the desecration of their cemeteries.

This is immoral and cannot be tolerated, I urge the Communist Government to awaken its view and compassion for one’s former enemy to bring peace to their families and friends that is honorable to show respect to a fallen warrior.

Release of Religious Leaders (members) of the Hoa Hao, Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam, Protestants, Catholics, and Cao Dai that are in jail and they should be given the right to preach openly to their congregations without the threat of reprisals.

Until the Communist Government of Vietnam respects overall Human Rights for the People of Vietnam such as freedom of expression, the freedom of association and the freedom of religion, and to honor the Royal Decree that created a special statute signed by the late Emperor Bao Dai on 21 May 1951, establishing rights guaranteeing the protection of Montagnard lands and their continued access to political affairs. Article 1 guarantees: "The Free Evolution of these Populations in Respect of their Traditions and of their Customs."

If the Communist Government fails to act upon the good will they should not be allowed admission within the World Trade Organization WTO.

Money nor Greed should not be tolerated and to become a member of an organization as the WTO you should be able to act morally and honorable toward your own people first before you attempt to become a world representative of your people to the world.

World Leaders ensure the protection of Human Rights for the People of Vietnam.

President George W. Bush and U.S. Trade Representative Josette Sheeran Shiner please take this into consideration for the Men and Women upon the Vietnam Memorial that fought for freedom and democracy in Vietnam along with their Compatriots the Armed Forces of the Republic of South Vietnam.

We must not forget their supreme sacrifice.

"When we are not devoted to serve the People, we cannot have the right to ask for the favors from the nation."

H.I.H. Prince Regent Nguyen Phuc Buu Chanh of Vietnam The Regent of the Imperial Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam The President of the Vietnamese Constitutional Monarchist League P.O. Box 6621 Aurora,IL 60598 USA

Is John Kerry a War Criminal and a Traitor?

Consider the following.

After the Tet Offensive of 1968, the Viet Cong were decimated, the North Vietnam Communists were beaten, but with the Socialist leaning press in America and the VVAW’s antiwar protests the North Vietnamese Communists decided to hold on. John Kerry did not join VVAW until after his return from Vietnam in early 1969, and until then VVAW didn’t have very many members (8,500) and were not very successful at getting heard. The FBI reports that VVAW was nearly inactive until the Moratoriums in the fall of 1969. See pg 90 So, the press and the antiwar movement in America prevented the North Vietnamese Communists from surrendering.

This meant that instead of a US victory in South Vietnam and freedom for the South Vietnamese we had about 10,000 more US deaths from the time John Kerry came on board with the VVAW until the end of the war. America’s POW's were being tortured while listening to tapes of John "Traitor" Kerry calling them baby killers. America’s brave soldiers were dieing in the jungles of Vietnam and John Kerry

The VVAW, an antiwar group, founded in the spring of 1967, which Kerry was one of the national leaders of, was receiving directions from the North Vietnamese Communist Government. VVAW in contact with in contact with NV Communist Government

The directions were on how the VVAW should protest the Vietnam War.

The interaction became so depraved, that the North Vietnamese Communist contacted the VVAW via a phone call and advised the VVAW that they were getting ready to start an attack on US troops and that the VVAW was to be prepared to increase the protests against the increase in bombing that the NV Communists were sure would happen. This put our men in further danger because of John Kerry and VVAW actions. VVAW gets directions from the North Vietnamese Communists

John Kerry had no concern for the lives of his fellow soldiers in Vietnam or the POW's, John Kerry only cared about himself and his ambition to become POTUS, whatever the cost.

How many deaths of United States servicemen does John Kerry have on his hands?

How many families has John Kerry's behavior as a VVAW leader and a traitor to his country caused untold pain and suffering to?

How many unnecessary tears have been cried because John Kerry betrayed our trust to help a Communist government?

Does John Kerry still have ties to Communists in America?

John Kerry was an officer in the US Navy during his protests of the Vietnam War, having not received his discharge until 1978.

Why didn't John Kerry speak out just one time against the war crimes of his "Comrades in Arms the North Vietnamese Communists"?

Steven J. Pitkin says about his Winter Soldier testimony. “John Kerry and other leaders of that event pressured me to testify about American war crimes, despite my repeated statements that I could not honestly do so. One event leader strongly implied that I would not be provided transportation back to my home in Baltimore, Maryland, if I failed to comply. Kerry and other leaders of the event instructed me to publicly state that I had witnessed incidents of rape, brutality, atrocities and racism, knowing that such statements would necessarily be untrue.”

I've also been wondering why Kerry never reported the atrocities he supposedly witnessed while in Vietnam. Maybe because Kerry may have never witnessed any atrocities while he was in Vietnam. The VVAW leaders were meeting with the North Vietnamese Communist Government, leaders of the Communist Party in Moscow, and possibly the KGB, leaders of the Communist Party International in Paris, leaders of the Communist Party USA, and last but not least the group of Communists in South Vietnam that backed the North Vietnamese Communists.

These Communist groups were directing the VVAW leaders as to what they wanted them to do, when they wanted them to do it, and that is what the VVAW did.

So in a nutshell, when the world communist leaders told Kerry and his VVAW group what to do, that is what they did, no questions asked.

Exactly why I purchased my last Ford product in 1996. Since I found out that Ford was lining the pockets of the commies with their manufacturing plant in Viet Nam. It was bad enough that Ford and the commies were profiting by doing business in Nam, but when we found out that Ford started flying the Communist Viet Nam flag at corporate headquarters, that was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back...

We combat Viet Nam veterans have not forgotten our POW/MIA brothers in Nam but I guess Ford has.

NEVER FORGET!

Semper Fi,
Kelly

We had a bipartisan effort in the United States Congress to cover up the MIA/POW issue. It was not a controversy, it was the inability or will to face the public that we abandoned some of our finest soldiers in Vietnam. This was a national disgrace.

I have sent my reply to you in private email. I have seen Ms Sanchez in her ao dai in the political parades in Little Saigon. A beautiful river will also have brown fish if you watch closely.
I was also at Tet 2004 Festival.
I wish The Honorable Royal Family much good fortune.
