Protests Already Planned for November 3 (regardless of EVs, fraud, turn-out)
United for Peace and Justice ^ | 10/10/2004 | ?

Posted on 10/18/2004 4:49:54 PM PDT by mabelkitty

We all remember the votes that were never counted in Florida 2000. So, while we are all working hard for a positive outcome on November 2nd, we also have to be prepared for a repeat of a 2000 stolen election. Below is a pledge for people to sign, supporting efforts to mobilize and protect the vote on November 2nd and making a commitment to protest starting on November 3rd in the case of a fraudulent vote count. By signing this pledge, you will be joining with thousands of others in the November 3rd Urgent Response Network. Please sign the pledge at www.nov3.us and pass it around far and wide.

We are setting up a Fair Elections Advisory Council made up of US and international elections experts who will give us their assessment on election day itself. If they find significant fraud, we will activate the Urgent Response Network on or immediately after November 3rd, calling on people everywhere to engage in protest, including non-violent civil disobedience, in front of their local federal buildings and other appropriate places. We will also be asking those who can to converge in the states where the most serious fraud occurred, as well as in Washington DC.

In addition to signing the pledge, please work with other people and groups in your area to protect the vote on November 2nd and to build the Urgent Response Network. Pick a venue for your local protest in the case that the Urgent Response Network is activated, and list the time and place on the website at www.nov3.us. We also recommend that you set up a place to jointly watch the election results on November 2nd.

Let us commit ourselves to making sure that this time around, the person who occupies the White House is the one who won the election.

November 3rd Pledge of Action:

”I remember the stolen presidential election of 2000 and I am willing to take action in 2004 if the election is stolen again. I support efforts to protect the right to vote leading up to and on Election Day, November 2nd. If that right is systematically violated, I pledge to join nationwide protests starting on November 3rd, either in my community, in the state where the fraud occurred or in Washington DC."

As a disciple of Christ, it breaks my heart to consider this possibility, but it has been predicted. http://www.tldm.org

Will they still activate the Response Network if it is found that the Democrats are perpetrating the fraud?

Pennsylvania was the first one called too early.
Bush had that one wrapped up.
That won't happen this time.
If New Jersey goes red, expect the howling and mewing to commence. They will freak right out on November 2.

You may very well be right. However, I hope that our side keeps their heads and remembers that we are fighting to preserve the Union and the Consititution, and not to resurect an idea that died in 1864.

There are a lot of kooks out there who will try to make hay out of any sort of civil chaos, and they will be just as dangerous as the leftists in some places.

JMHO of course.

W. will win buy an electoral landslide. The protesters would be better off just drinking heavily the day after election day.

Why don't these putrid anti-American 'neo-Europeans' move to Europe? They hate being free, let them relocate to a place where they won't be free and where they can play 'hug and kiss' with the Islamo-fascists they believe are just harmless innocents.

They will find something to cry about.
It was their IDEA to have EARLY VOTING, and now ? they are saying there are problems with that now.
We let them make the rules, and now ? when the rules ( THAT THEY MADE AND AGREED TO ) don't go their way, they will say it's not fair,, SUCH CRY BABYS.
You watch ? they will find ways, and means to recount those paperless ballots, or computer ballots.

How Democrats Steal Elections - Top 10 Methods of Liberal Vote Fraud

1. Over-Voting. In Democrat strongholds like St. Louis, Philadelphia and Detroit, some precincts had 100% of their registered voters voting, with 99% of the ballots going to Gore. Clearly, multiple voting resulted in extra tallies for Gore in the 2000 election. (New York Post, 12/09/00).

2. Dead Voters. This classic Democratic method of vote fraud goes all the way back to 1960 in Chicago and Dallas. The 2000 election was no exception. In Miami-Dade County, for example, some of the 144 ineligible votes (those which officials actually admitted to) were cast by dead people, including a Haitian-American who's been deceased since 1977 (Miami-Herald, 12/24/00).

3. Mystery Voters. These "voters" cast votes anyway but are not even registered to vote. In heavily Democratic Broward County, for example, more than 400 ballots were cast by non-registered voters. (Miami-Herald 1/09/01)

4. Military ballots. Many of these votes were disqualified for the most mundane and trivial reasons. At least 1,527 valid military ballots were discarded in Florida by Democratic vote counters (Drudge Report, 11/19/00).

5. Criminals. Felons are a natural Democratic voter and they're protected on voter rolls across the country. In Florida at least 445 ex-convicts - including rapists and murderers -- voted illegally on November 7th. Nearly all of them were registered Democrats. (Miami-Herald 12/01/00)

6. Illegal aliens. These voters have long been a core liberal constituency, especially in California. In Orange County in 1996, Rep. Bob Dornan had his congressional seat stolen from him when thousands of illegal aliens voted for Loretta Sanchez (Christian Science Monitor, 9/2/97).

7. Vote-buying. Purchasing votes has long been a traditional scheme by Democrats, and not just with money. In the 2000 election in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Democratic workers initiate a "smokes-for-votes" campaign in which they paid dozens of homeless men with cigarettes if they cast ballots for Al Gore (Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, 11/14/00).

8. Phantom Voters. These voters don't really exist, but their ballots do. In the 1996 Lousiana Senate race, GOP candidate Woody Jenkins had the election stolen from him when he discovered that 7,454 actual votes were cast but had no paper trail to authenticate them (Behind the Headlines, F.R. Duplantier, 4/27/97).

9. Dimpled chads. Those infamous punch-cards were a ballot bonanza for Al Gore. Democratic poll workers in Palm Beach, Dade and Broward counties tampered and manipulated thousands of ineligible ballots and counted them for Gore, even though no clear vote could be discerned. (NewsMax.com 11/27, 12/22, 11/18, 11/19/00).

10. Absentee ballots. Normally it's assumed that Republicans benefit from absentee ballots. But in the case of Miami's 1997 mayoral election, hundreds of absentee ballots were made for sale or sent out to non-Miami residents. Fraud was so extensive in the race that the final results were overturned in court (FL Dept. of Law Enforcement Report, 1/5/98)."

I don't want to be over-melodramatic but what concerns me is the possibility of some lawyers being able to successfully get enough judges to keep the election from being certified. Imagine Flordia 2000 happening again, except in a dozen states, not just one. I'm not an alarmist by nature, but the possibility of an uprecented number of legal challenges to this election has me, frankly a little worried. If the courts can prevent or at least postpone the outcome of the election, this in my mind could be a pretext to civil war. Is my anxiety justified?

Remember that Congress is empowered to throw out any state's officially-submitted EVs, if they deem them to be tainted. If the BS gets too deep, Congress picks the president. And given the current makeup of the House, that means Bush wins.
