The great state of Georgia is now a focal point of liberal anger, partially due to the brave stance taken by Senator Zell Miller against his party's veer toward the far left. The AJC op/ed columnists, led by the vitriolic Cynthia Tucker, have spewed little aside from filthy lies against our President and our troops in this pre-election period.
And now, the peacenik neo-commies over at GeorgiaPeace.org have decided they're going to hold weekly rallies in Atlanta against President Bush and the war in Iraq.
It's time to take our streets back.
Here's the specifics on the leftie rally:
Event: Anti-Bush Rally
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Five Points, Corner of Peachtree and Marietta, Atlanta, GA 30303
Members of the Emory University College Republicans, as well as Atlanta area Protest Warriors, will be present. I hope as many members of Free Republic as possible will come lend a hand in this new battle for Atlanta!
Note: The Washington, DC Free Republic chapter's rules for protesting will be emulated for this counter-protest. That is: no racism, no profanity, no fighting, and be respectful and courteous to law enforcement.
Signs supporting the troops, our President, and American flags are encouraged.
