I'm pretty sure the Argus is one of the papers who FR says you aren't supposed to link to, lawsuit-wise. But since ours aren't hyperlinked it's probably okay.

Dasshole is truly pond scum. He had ads of him with President Bush, but everybody knows that if he wins he's going to go right back to the obstructing and Rat tactics that made him infamous. Frankly I'm not surprised by this latest move.

If the Judge was picked or nominated by Daschle, he needs to recuse himself. Secondly, the Republicans should have enough evidence to convince a Judge that massive fraud was perpetrated in the last election. Other than that, what else do we expect from the Fraudocrats?

Expect them to try to run fraudulent actions through EARLY in the voting day, before a hearing might overturn anything...

Linking is just fine...I provided one. I think some people confuse linking with posting the entire article. Even the LA Times allows excerpting...they just want the website hits.
This sentence really chaps my hise.
"The Daschle-Thune election should be a fair one," the lawsuit reads. "The conduct of Republican Thune supporters will make it an unfair one, unless restrained by this court

The same kind of judge that kept Nader off the ballot in state after state in order to help Kerry despite the fact that his people jumped through all the hoops required. Sooner or later, the dirty little problem with our judges is really going to have to be dealt with, but I guess we'll have to save that war for another day. For now, surely the GOP is on the scene and ready to fight this one all the way.
