It was finally shown, to the satisfaction of a lot of people who live in red states, that the press (media) is indeed corrupt.

And what appeared to be a blatant attempt at a coup d'etat was forestalled by Freepers who showed, to anyone who looked at the evidence, that the memos attacking the president from "incontrovertable sources" were fakes.

The MSM has been slain, but don't expect it to remain dead for long. There is still a market for it, but not what they're currently selling.

The MSM will shift to the right, I think, in order to stay relevant. This will not come easily or without major internal fights. But it must do so in order to survive, and the bucks are too big for it not to.

If they become neutral, we should applaud them. Until then, and I expect this will be at least a decade in coming, we should assail them.
