A thread that I started got pulled without explanation by a Jim Robinson. I'm new here and don't know how to ask the appropriate person (Jim Robinson) why. How do I do that please?
Your opinion is your opinion, but you know here at Free Republic a lot of us don't take the Eletist attitude that there is a "Intellgensia" or for that matter an "anti-intellgensia" That is more of a liberal thing it is calling labeling. You comment that I represent that anti-intellgence so we is baseless. You don't even know me. I did not post and articles or vanity post till I understood this site and what goes on around here. Most people are very gracious and kind. They are more then willing to help with information and give some gentle to not so gentle ribbing to newbies. There is a lot of sarcasm and dry humor. But that does not mean that people out here support stuff like racism and other labels that get so quickly thrown on to the conservative side of the park. When you post something like you did it is considered inflamtory because it is designed to get people riled up. That is the repsonse you have recieved. Then you post this thread about how your other thread was pulled. You got the response that these thread usually get. That is life. You can think I am dumb or not. I really don't care. Your opinion of me is of no consiqunce to me. all that i have see posted by you, If I were to take you logic of judging people by a couple of posts, I would say that you posted you inital article to get people agitated or excited thinking that you would have good material to post somewhere else on how all Conservatives are racists etc. But I give you the benefit of the doubt unlike you have given others here and myself. It is up to you know to prove that different to myself and obviously by this thread several other Free Republic posters. Remeber the man that Yanked you thread is the owner of this site. If he does not like it, and removes the thread he is not violating any rights of anyone, he is protecting his investment from libel and other charges that those that are looking to cause trouble look for. If you cannot accept his rules and standards that perhaps there are other forums for you to explore. Enjoy your stay however long it maybe. Perhaps though you were right in one of you earlier posts, When you get to the last one. Which will probably be around 400 by the time that you get to this one, you should leave. It sounds like you and the type of discussion and activities that go on here are not to your liking, and lets face why stick around and torture yourself.
