LOL! You HAVE been lurking for a long time! Welcome!
To: Pyro7480
If there's no fuss outside or anything, there's a good chance whatever the problem was could be over already.
Sorry H, no extra steak for you.

You guys are awesome!Welcome to FR. Now that you are registered, kiss your friends, family, hobbies, and job goodbye!
(And if you don't have one...you'll need a cat.)

Perhaps someone saw a dangerous looking moose entering the place . . .
That was the most randomly awesome post ever.
To: theFIRMbss
My sister was bitten by a moose once.

I'm allergic to cats, am I destined to never be a true FReeper??

Union Station, Kansas City, MO is fine.
I practically grew up in that Station, being the daughter of a railroad man. I remember the days when it was bustling all the time. I saw it when I was back home last year. I'm so glad they didn't just leave it to crumble. Pretty neat how they've fixed it up.

Are you sure? I think we ought to take some extra precaution here, bring in some dogs, check the grounds of the station thoroughly, make sure all the rails are secure and untampered with. After all, AMTRAK has a responsibility to all our dear loved ones that are riding their trains... If pushing back the schedule for a day or two saves just one mother-in-law...

thanks for the link. Nothing on Union station for the last 16 minutes though... there are references to tactical channel though, maybe that activity is on another non-internet channel.

You see, I'm pretty conservative...
I have two cats but I don't let them anywhere near by toung - OR my tongue.

I have two cats but I don't let them anywhere near by toung - OR my tongue.Well, then, perhaps you explain how you bathe them, then? Hmmm...?????
Oh, and if anyone has any simple solutions on how to get cat hair off your tongue after you finish giving them a bath, let me know. Thanks!

My sister-in-law says that she is allergic to cats. I've noticed that she can come over with no problems until she sees the cat. Then the hacking and coughing and sneezing and wheezing start. I never heard of a visual allergy before.
