I do not believe for one moment that the old media has a guilt complex over their coverage of the war in Viet Nam.

To this day they despise American military might and have no care at all for those who suffer under brutal dictatorships around the world.

Great link on article written by Mike Tremoglie, one of the very few articles written about the views of the South Vietnamese refugees, many who were boat people. Mike refers to this group of Vietnamese as "dominoes" as they would have been the folks most affected by Kerry's "domino theory" of the US committing war crimes. Mike went to the source and reported. None of this was ever covered by MSM (big surprise).

Whether or not this is the last battle of the Vietnam War remains completely up to the Vietnam Veterans. They alone have the authority to determine when this war should end.

All I know is that I don't thank God nearly enough for the endless work, dedication, integrity and courage demonstrated by John O'Neill and the Swift Vets, The POW's, Carlton Sherwood ("Stolen Honor"), Vets that had to say something and many Freepers (many of whom are posting on this thread).

Has JFnK signed the SF-180?

I wonder when he is going to realize that his SF-180 is going to be an insurmountable issue when he runs for reelection as Senator of Taxachusettes?

Nope. We won that [November 2] War, thank God -- and I'm at present 9760 miles from home, back at the other one.

I'll be home again late June for Independence Day Celebrations -- maybe we can hook up then, for a bite, perhaps?

Blessings -- B A

It was satisfying to know that the Vietnam Vets were a major part of John Kerry's defeat. It my have been delayed, but it was JUSTICE, nonetheless.

Seem rather strange that a peace lovin guy like Kerry wouldn't have been pounding on doors across Vietnam to liberate people like this over the years. He cares so much for the people you know.

Some of the folks I see pretty much every day in the [SE-Asia] rounds and abouts of my travels don't quite get that about him.

And would like him to drop by some day or preferably night so they can take it up with him.

And arrange that he get to consult at first hand and soon with the almost four million dead for whose ghastly demise responsibility pretty much rests at the doorsteps of Kohn-Kerry and his treasonous red-doper diapered Soviet-agent Alger-Hiss-descended Foggy-bottom-bred sleeper ilk.

Blessings -- Brian

The reason they didn't pursue Kerry's Vietnam record and his traitorous actions after the war was quite simply that they preferred Kerry’s version of the Vietnam War to the reality of it. The mainstream media was only interested in attacking the integrity of the Swift Vets and accusing 250 of Kerry’s fellow veterans of lying for political purposes.

Following the lead of their Great Icon of Respectable Journalism, Walter Cronkite – Chief of the America Desk of the North Vietnamese propaganda arm.
