LOL! DC just kind of burns. AC would make 'em really dance, nor would there be any concern about poliarity. It's more user-freindly.

Could this be another Democrat scumbag who was thrown overboard by Porter Goss and who now wants to (continue to) undermine Bush?

My first reaction.

Your faulty reasoning is that the more heinous and outrageous the crime that is committed, the LESS EVIDENCE IS REQUIRED TO START EXACTING REVENGE UPON SOMEONE, UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AT THE POSITION YOU NOW HOLD THAT MERE ACCUSAL OF A TERRIBLE DEPRAVITY IS SUFFICIENT IN AN OF ITSELF TO EXACT UNLIMITED REVENGE UPON THE ONE ACCUSED.

Sounds like the definition of "jihad", don't you think?

Arar says he was tortured in Syria and told his interrogators anything they wanted due to the beatings He was released without charge in 2003 and is suing the US government for his mistreatment.

I wonder who's going to request and deliver the subpoenas to the alleged Syrian torturers?

I could not agree more! Now we just need a couple of "mouth full of pork rinds, you ain't going to get any virgins" executions, and we might be able to pull the (prayer) rug out from under these ba$tards!

Generally, I say let Intel/FBI/CIA do whatever they want to terror suspects.  However in this case, I'll second guess them.  There's no reason they needed to release this guy alive.

There's been much raucous here in Sweden after this unit, with their hallmark Gulfstream V, helped extradite two guys to Egypt. Like in the US it's illegal in Sweden to extradite people to countries using torture, so the government have been under attack for this.

These are enemy troops out of uniform and should be shot after we extract all their information.

Which begs the question: Why doesn't the Administration make that clear in a language we can all understand?

For example, Condi can have a fashion show. "Here we are showing what we consider is the Official Uniform of the Al Quaeda soldier. A dingy dishdasha and a towel on their head armed with a duct-tape AK47. Anyone seen wearing this uniform is an enemy combatant.

Or, have UBL release a tape describing the new AQ uniform, and until he does, no raghead gets quarter or Geneva protections.

Well then. I'd say it's working.
