OK, so the unfortunate wheels of politics have allowed this to happen.  Someone tell me that this U.S. Peanut is less degrading than Clinton getting a rowboat.

Fortunately, the greatest contributors to and of our society - the sailors serving on this vessel aren't old enough to realize what a garbage president Carter was, and still remains so.

The USS Jimmy Carter is shown here under the helm of it's newly appointed Captain, Cmdr. Kevin Mooney, who was previously the Captain of the USS San Francisco.Cmdr. Mooney was quoted as saying:
