Because, like Christmas, it would offend Muslims and be against the Sharia law that's already infecting Ontario.

Maybe those political correct morons in Canuckistan gonna just smoke some more dope and decide lesbians can marry as long as they wear Burkas.

All of us are made in the image of God, are we not?

Yes, but in my NIV Bible it says that God does not condone homosexuality. Simple as that.

Why can't my moms marry?

They are perfectly free to marry. Men. Not each other.

I see they've done an excellent job brainwashing their kid into thinking that something disgustingly abhorrent is normal, though.

Hey, Matt, they can marry.

Each of them has the legal opportunity to marry the man of their choice.

They can't marry each other because there is no such thing as a "Marriage" being "like to like."

You "marry up" unlike things. That is the definition of the word.

Dear BibChr,

I don't know, I don't really see the problem. Why not let the two ladies marry each other? Consenting adults and all that...

I'm trying to interest my wife in a second wife. The three of us would be very happy together. And very committed.

"I was not going to give my organizer to my dad because I didn't have one." This requires no explanation other than how stupid can he get.

However, there is something that makes my family different from a lot of families. The difference is that my parents have never been married.

Pish-tosh. Don't the latest statistics show that a majority of children have never-married or no-longer-married parents? Surely, even 11 years ago (if he's now 17), this boy wasn't the only one in his class who didn't have a father in the home.

I dub this whole story FICTION.

"I've wondered if a man who was once a woman has ever married a woman who was once a man."

Ouch! It hurts trying to imagine that. Would it be a legitimate marriage?

He lives with his two moms, 14-year-old sister, two dogs and one cat . . .

Just another normal, everyday suburban family. Salt of the earth.

The reason my parents have never been married is not because they don't want to but because, by law, they couldn't

Bull, your parents can marry at any time in a church or other type of situation that may allow them.

Legally they can marry as well.. just not each other.

If they truly wished to marry, find someone willing to do it and have at it.. just don't think the rest of the world is obligued to recoginize it.

They've lied to you son, they could marry tommorrow if they truly wished to.

I have heard that one or the other of a same sex couple takes on the characteristics of the other sex. I only know one such couple, an in-law's sister and her mate. The mate is so masculine looking I think s/he could grow a beard.

"I've wondered if a man who was once a woman has ever married a woman who was once a man."

I believe I heard of such a case when I was in an abnormal psychology class 10 years agos (bet they don't call it that anymore, or no longer inclede transgender) Suprisingly a large number transgender people are homosexeual when the get through their surgery.

Sorry -- cats can't enter into a contract, even though most of them think they should be permitted to.

Easy answer: Because at least one is lying to him - a human being can have only one mother.

It would have to be legitimate. If each switches sexes, the state would either recognize them as the other or not. If they recognized them as the other, it would be a man-woman marriage. If they didn't recognize them as the other, it would still be a man-woman marriage. If this hasn't happened, someone will do it for the Guiness Book of Records.
