Quix, I'm with you 100%. This is horrifying and anyone that can even imagine the evil of what was done to those poor babes would never think otherwise. Usually I laugh at adult mishaps and I revel in the shooting of criminals by citizens, but this...this is from the realms of hell. I would gladly shoot these monsters down like mad dogs.

Strongly agree.

And if they happened to fall into their own pots, I might take a while loading my gun.

I happen to think it's quite above average in authenticity and accuracy. But it's short on detail--mostly an intro sort of overview to the time period.

I can only hope that when placed in boiling water and oil, a human would lose consciousness quickly. God help me, but my sins seem small.

Actually. this is a very, very, very good point.

Historic research even back, I think, as early as 1800 something noted that when churches were full and a significant proportion of a community attended church regularly, then crime was low in a list of ways.

I have noticed in my global travels . . .

CULTURES WHICH HAVE NOT HAD THE JUDEO-CHRISTIAN VALUES AS A CULTURAL FOUNDATION, SUBSTRATE have horrendous levels of corruption and theft--as a minimum indicator of levels of morality. Usually, in those cultures, the perception is that if one does not take care of corrupt ways to better one's self--regardless of the consequences to the victims--then one is an idiot.

Eventually, when such forces get far enough down their destructive road, then anything goes, including cannibalism--as occurred on the Mainland during the cultural revolution. In fact, if you didn't eat your enemies, you were likely to be eaten next in some villages.

And, we note in our own land, as the Judeo/Christian substrate has been villified by the globalist stooges; communists stooges in the universities and the media for the last 50 years . . . as those chickens have come home to roost in our society--we have increasingly outrageous incidents including even cannibalism and unspeakable horror visited on unspeakably young innocents.

And people still claim it doesn't matter what one believes as long as one is sincere. Dahlmer was sincerely chowing down on his victims.

What evil, horrid, demonic hideocy. And, it will get much, much, much worse in the USA.

God alone is a refuge from such evil. And even some of His will be martyred.

God have mercy on all who Love HIm and who seek to follow Him; to learn to hear His voice and walk in intimacy with Him.

The rest will, at some point in our era, not have a snowball's chance in h*ll of escaping such demonic evils.

Perhaps we should write Jesse and ask him if he successfully hid his napkin quickly enough.

Almost sorry. He mostly deserves such a snide remark.

See my post above. It went beyond that in some villages. Any mob-rule-decided enemy could easily end up in the local butcher shop or key dish at a community feed. Any reluctant to partake were at risk for being the next key dish at the next community feed--as a prime example of an enemy of the people, of course.

Comparatively, most of our sins are small.

However, the DECEPTION FROM HELL IS

that small sins are not as deadly, destructive, horrid spiritually, eternally.

And the truth is, they are.

All separate us from God. Apart from God, we are all dead in our tresspasses and sins. Apart from God in our hearts, we'd just as soon kill to get ahead, too.

It is sometimes deceptive that in our culture even with as much hypocrisy in Christian centers and our culture as a whole--THERE IS STILL ENOUGH OF A SUBSTRATE OF CHRISTIAN VALUES RESIDUE LEFT that some things are still beyond the pale even for nonbelievers. But that is a function of God being in the hearts of many in the culture for a long time.

Unspeakable horror and barbarism. But torture like this and worse was a common occurence in Europe 60 odd years ago. One cannot imagine how fortunate we are to be living in this country at this time. A true blessing from G-d.

Thanks, but the only expression that would have any real meaning in this context is...bang!

"some things are still beyond the pale even for nonbelievers. But that is a function of God being in the hearts of many in the culture for a long time"

I believe that too. Thanks.
In my heart I know that sins are sins are sins. I can't help comparing despite knowing that's a slippery slope. I think it's natural to do that though when we're sure we're seeing pure evil.
