Well fine and great, but we still should fix the mistake. This is a non-issue now.

Please could this be removed from breaking news so no one gets the wrong idea or becomes unduly upset? Thanks.

Yes. This is building toward a Constitutional crisis. Who is in charge?

Possible .. sure looks like a battle between the courts and the legislative branch

And the Fl courts are sticking their thumb in the legislative branch's eye

I'm not sure now who the controlling authority is now.

The last thing we need is a turf war.

It should never have come to this.

This appears to be throwing out the Congressional subpoena of Terri on final appeal, but I'll check further.

So an unelected demon in a black robe is over riding the nations elected law makers? This judge is an unconstitutional dictator.
Congress cannot let this ride, or every left wing Marxist activist judge in the nation will demand we bow and obey.
I certainly hope that's not what this means, because if it is, the leaders in Washington had better put their foot down once and for all. Enough activist judges already!

No court, federal or state, can rule on any matter unless that court has jurisdiction to hear that matter. It appears that Congress sought relief from the state courts, but their petition for relief did not state a basis for Florida state jurisdiction. Hence, the Florida Supremes have no basis to rule on the merits of Congress' request.

Uh, actually it means quite a bit. This is a subpeona from the US Congress. Congress most definitely has jurisdiction to issue subpeonas. They also have the capacity to enforce them.
And the Florida SC has just told Congress to get lost. People go to jail for that.
