David Souter's family farmhouse

I would love to see Walmart buy the broken down David Souter family farm in New Hampshire. Eminent domain,of course.

Of course, he would be given "reasonable compensation."

I'll give two bits to buy David Souter (and I'm being generous).

I would love to see the Kennedy compound turned into a resort.

We don't need WalMart involved. Rather, we need someone to simply approach the town government and ask that the subject property be taken, and then transferred to him or her because, VOILA, they are going to build a major node on the FreeRepublic news network.
Souter really does need to get involved in the legal process he's stirred up.
Should be relatively easy to convince local politicians up there that this is actually a good idea. They've gotta' be as stupid as Souter.

Never happen, did you see all the sheep that are on that farm,it obviously a brothel. All the town has to do is legalize prostitution and it will make a killing from tax.

Look, there's no reason we can't use this to bust up the real estate empire Donald Trump built. That New York city council is about the easiest bunch in the country to convince that stealing is good.

I would love to see the Kennedy compound turned into a resort. I like that. And we'll give them a fair price too -- what do you think $200, $300 per acre? It will be for the children remember.

That could be a 5 week long reality show...5 Justices, 5 weeks.
Summer replacement all the way.

Walmart gets cities all over the country to use eminent domain to condemn property for their stores. Happened in Colorado, Alabama, God knows how many other states.

Souter forgot about "live free or die." Souter forgot about more than that, like the Constitution of the US.

Also the place that the Clinton's 'bought' in New York.

I live in NH so this thread is very interesting to me.

I live in NH, and I have the address of the farm. I'll have to drive by and take a pic.
