I think you just have to narrow down which poster you're in all probability talking to...kind of sounds like the one who kept comparing her son to Joran. While putting down her other two (apparently) less attractive children.

I hope Americans do stop visiting places such as Aruba. I agree with everything the author said about it being a Cover-up from the beginning. What a hedious miscarriage of justice. Hopefully our MSM will stay on this story. Imagine if a police chief in this country threatened the victim's family the way they have done in Aruba. Outrageous, imo.
Remember earlier when I said if we asked Jossy how Beth got those declarations we just might get the answer?
Well, I think we just got an answer.
I've noticed in the past week that the Holloways and Twittys have been saying many good things about Jossy and his family. They've gotten more help from the Mansur family than from anyone else on Aruba. Jossy's son has been working 12 hour days at the landfill. They've supplied machinery for the landfill search.
Jossy is growing on me. I'm beginning to think his heart is in the right place. Although, I suspect he has other motivations, as well.
ever hear of roofies Parzival? that's a commonly heard statistic, too, and probably the lethal catalyst in this case, killing her when mixed with chemicals from her athsma inhaler proved deadly...and if a rape occured before that death you can't go to police and claim an accidental death when the rape evidence is on the corpse...anyway, she didn't do all three of her own free will, period. Wrong girl, Parzival...that's why we care.

I do not think Jossy is not the kindly grandfatherly person he protrays, but I give him savvy and connections, and will for sure be a key to the solution.

What exactly are these declarations? Are they witness/suspect statements? I missed the beginning of Beth's interview but heard her say that she considered it a bombshell that she would have them. I'm afraid the sloppiness is by design for the purpose of having them thrown out.

This is pire speculation. No shred of evidence to support it.
I took declarations to mean sworn statements. That's just my guess.
