As a Catholic I do not support thre death penalty. The position of the Holy CHurch is clear on this. Too bad it took several millions lost in lawsuits to take a stand on Pedophilia!

Even as an atheist, I do not support the death penalty. I do not grant any human being the right to decide when another human will die.

I'm guessing he would have made the decision, informed the warden, and released a simple statement to the press if the execution is going to go through... Oh come on, the man was an actor, he wants the spotlight if for no other reason to look into the camera and say, "Hasta lia vista, baby"....
