On January 4, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. (PST) the Rose Bowl Game will host the BCS National Championship, between USC and Texas once again showcasing the best of collegiate football in "The Granddaddy of Them All."® The Rose Bowl will be broadcast exclusively on ABC and on ESPN radio.

Vince is so tough for a college defense to contain. He won't be able to run like that in the NFL, but he'll still be hard to contain in the NFL. If he gets his passing perfected he could be another Steve Young--great passer and dangerous runner.

What a game. Great plays by both teams and crazy breaks both ways. Young was an absolute stud with ice water in his veins. And how bout the Texas D stepping up on that 4th & 1 after looking so dejected during the previous series.

Incredible. Vince Young has one of the best games in college history, yet a zillion reporters surround Leinart to get after-game comments. Have they no decency? Screw USC!

The big question now is how far USC falls in the rankings... Penn State and Ohio State won their games, but USC won't fall too much. Are they still in the top 4 after losing the only game that matters? (By the way, USC didn't even win TWO BCS championships in a row... what was that about a 3-peat??)

Knowing the AP, they might still vote USC #1.

I got so tired about hearing about going for three in a row when they've only won 1 - LSU won the BSC two years ago, not USC.
