When you bust your skull open like a melon, there's some old lady on call with herbal paste and a monkey paw.

LOL! I wish I had a monkey's paw.

I thought it was very apropos given the juxtapositioning of events.

1. Cancun s-cks.

2. Palenque has the truly impressive ruins. If you're claustophobic, DON'T climb down into the tombs, however.

Even the worst areas of LA have nothing on Camden, Chester, and North Philly.

A reply almost two years later: a new record!!:)
And I’m still here. However, I believe you. In fact, most people who have never been here and developed an image in their minds would be pleasantly surprised. We have had a lot of “city beautification,” etc. There are many neighborhoods I avoid, though.

Mexico could start some real expensive 5 Star Hotels, Condos, etc. around this site and vastly improve the State of Yucatan.

Are you saying that there are no expensive, nice hotels in Cancun? I've never been there, but down the road about an hour is Playa Del Carmen and that place is growing like crazy.

He sees the illegal immigration issue as nothing more than a catchphrase.

He’s not serious about it, Congress isn’t serious about it, none of the candidates are serious about it.

Better start learning Spanish.

Oh, and BTW, while I’m p!ssed already - Any other sightseeing you want to do on your next trip, George? The pyramids in Egypt perhaps? We’re paying for it after all.

When visiting Mayan ruins, it would be appropriate to be in or near Mexico.
