Helicopter Activity in Bellevue / Redmond WA

I'm currently on the Bellevue, Redmond Border in Washington State and for the past 15 minutes theres been a lot of helicopter activity overhead. Seems they're circling around and going all over the place...
Anyone in the know, know whats going on? please share. thanks.

What do they look like? Are they big and loud with twin rotors or do they look more like the kind that might fit 2-4 people? The one I saw looked like the 2-4 people small variety, nothing military looking, if thats whatcha mean. :)

Ah well, it's been about 10 minutes since I last heard them fly over... I guess all the excitment is over for now. :) Thanks to everyone who replied. :) Interesting day here. :)

That was just the first chalk coming in and setting the perimeter...I'd stay away from the window for a few hours...
Oh, and if you hear another group of helicopters coming, be afraid...
