PRAYERS BEING SET AT THE FOOT OF THE THRONE FOR YOUR RECOVERY.
Psalms 27:1
A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?
Psalms 27:2
When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell.
Psalms 27:3
Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war should rise against me, In this I will be confident.
Psalms 27:4
One thing I have desired of the LORD, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple.
Psalms 27:5
For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.
Psalms 27:6
And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the LORD.
Psalms 27:7
Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
Psalms 27:8
When You said, "Seek My face," My heart said to You, "Your face, LORD, I will seek."
Psalms 27:9
Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; Do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation.
Psalms 27:10
When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the LORD will take care of me.
Psalms 27:11
Teach me Your way, O LORD, And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies.

Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen against me, And such as breathe out violence.
Psalms 27:13
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the LORD In the land of the living.
Psalms 27:14
Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD!

Hugs!!
Prayers sent. Please keep us informed.
Joining in prayer.
Prayers from overseas
I hardly know her, but if I may add a prayer. My heart goes out to Maggie, who continually praises the Lord ... above all... and prays with all of her being for others.
I did lift her to the Lord this morning.
Amen.
Oy vey; mein feewings are crushaded, first to hear that the SOPAC Saloon & Good Time Pirates Club has been renamed the Fern Bar and second by suggesting that it was silly to shoot the moose in the arse, blow up the still and listen to the pig sing sea ditties and other rowdy tales.
To the topic however, may we add our prayers and blessings to dear LadyX who was not only a fine Marine but a tremendous diplomat.
We know that were she around today she would be the first to warn everyone on the Santa Monica beaches that the pool poopy warnings in 1998 are coming home to roost, so to speak...and not blame it on the illegals.
Dear Maggie (LadyX),
You are in my thoughts and prayers. So many of your FReeper FRiends are praying for you. Prayers for your family and friends too.
Thank You, Nan for having a prayer thread for LadyX
(((HUGS))) for both Sistahs
Dearest Maggie,
I do think you know how dear you are to all of us; some of us for several years. I also know that you have the most wonderful outlook on life, knowing that God is holding your hand through every step you take. You handle all the hurdles so much better than we do for you.
Know that we love you and hold you in our prayers until you are strong enough to come back to us.
Thank you everyone for all the prayers and memories. As Mac said, "I shall return."
Thanks Nan. I'll stay tuned.
Thank you, Nan.
LadyX is in my thoughts and prayers.
Prayers are offered for a quick and full recovery.

Prayers UP!
Just now saw the ping - prayers up for Lady X.
"Are we not blessed to be able to comprehend that God in His Infinite Wisdom continues to use our imperfect bodies for reasons of His own??!! St. Paul surely is my favorite, lifted from nothingness to glory, understanding that despite all he had been, God deliberately chose him to be an example of His Transforming Power! Ungainly, and beset with physical problems, his faith never faltered, even when he was in an 'impossible position in prison. Rather than despair and weep and wail, "Woe is me!' he trusted God to take control of the situation; and He did.
Someone who has been healthy all their life and 'successful' in every endeavor simply cannot be an example to those who hurt and fail and stumble, time and again. It takes one to know and REACH one - - - you are proof positive of that. You reinforce my faith in a might way, Nan, and apparently in knowing one another, we each are strengthened.
Our meeting was never a random 'chance!!' I think we are so eager to meet in person because we know The Holy Spirit arranged this respite for us.
My conclusion is there are probably murky, roiling waters ahead to navigate, and we will thus be fortified in order to handle the 'whatevers' of life."
