Honoring Hezbollah: Fed's Friends' Moment of Silence "For the Martyrs" in Dearbornistan, Yesterday
DEARBORNISTAN, U.S.A.--Sometimes, the best laid plans go awry. And so it was, yesterday, regarding the pro-Hezbollah rally at Dearborn City Hall, sponsored by the extremist Congress of Arab American Organizations, but attended and endorsed by most Islamic leaders in town. I was there and got a lot of great pics. But, unfortunately, by a fluke in trying to transfer them to my computer, all the images were lost to oblivion.
Still, there was a lot that happened and that I saw which I'll describe here. To note the tone of the event, check out the pin below, which was being sold there. The woman in the photo appears to be Layla Khalid, a Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorist involved in the 1970 hijacking of three planes, one of which was an American flight (her code word to start the hijackings was "Labnah Sandwich"). We've written about Ms. Khalid, holder of the dubious "honor" of being the first known female Islamic terrorist. Read all the details about her here.
Pins featuring Khalid were appropriate fare, since--among the complete cast of Islamofascist characters--one of the officials we saw at the event was Khalid's "former" PFLP terrorist cohort, Imad Hamad--now, Midwest regional director of the American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) and an FBI award revokee. As we've repeatedly noted, Hamad is a very close friend and confidant of Brian Moskowitz a/k/a "Abu Moskowitz," the Michigan/Ohio Special Agent in Charge of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Perhaps Abu M might want to tell him to drop the silly black gangster hat--a bizarre, fashion faux pas.
Also there and a speaker at the event was Osama Siblani, editor and publisher of the Arab American News. He asked all those in attendance to have a moment of silence "for the martyrs." No translation needed. Siblani's open support for Hezbollah (and all other terrorist groups) is notable because of his close friendship with U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy III a/k/a "Abu Porno," the Justice Department's chief official in the heart of Islamic America.
As we've noted, Murphy invites Siblani to meet with him on a monthly basis. Is there a benediction "for the martyrs" before those meetings? And, as we've also noted, Murphy and Siblani have openly spoken of their lunch dates and joked around about Hezbollah, saying it is just a charitable organization and not a terrorist group. Incredibly, President Bush has nominated Siblani buddy Murphy for a judgeship on the U.S. Court of Appeals. Hmmm . . . maybe Murphy will allow Islamofascist crony Siblani to open a session of the court with one of his moments of silence "for the martyrs."
Other speakers included Nasser Beydoun, who was at the Hezbollah event, Sunday, at the Bint Jebail Cultural Center. As we've noted, Beydoun, Chairman of the American Arab Chamber of Commerce, pretends to be a moderate and was touted as a U.S. Senate candidate by Michigan Republican Party Chairman Saul Anuzis.
But his speech yesterday was not the speech of a Senate candidate to the U.S. Senate. Maybe to the Lebanese Parliament or Hezbollah's highest ranks. Beydoun, whose father lived in a mansion in Hezbollah stronghold Bint Jbeil (until U.S. taxpayers paid to get him out of Lebanon and helped him return here), Lebanon delivered a fiery anti-American, pro-Hezbollah speech. And he didn't just attack Americans, he specifically attacked the Republican Party and Michigan Republican officeholders (many of whom shamelessly pander to this jihadist).
This event wasn't just to support Hezbollah. It was to promote Palestine . . . "all" of Palestine. We saw many protesters wearing the scarf famously donned by has-been singer Ricky Martin at the Arab Children's Conference in Jordan, last year. It features the map of hate--the entire state of Israel as a map of "Palestine." Get it? Ethnic cleansing of all Jews from all of Israel is the hope. The scarf also features a photo of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the namesake of Palestinian terrorist faction, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade.
We saw lots of interesting signs: "U.S. is a terrorist state." "Yes to Hezbollah. Yes to Hamas. No to Israel. No to America." "Bush is a terrorist." (Lots of those.) Etc., Etc., Etc.
But our favorite one, held by one Muslim teenaged girl, was: "Give Me Liberty or Give the U.S. Death." Yup, these are real loyal, patriotic Americans. Aren't they? Patrick Henry is turning over in his grave.
Finally, we note the security in place. We counted about 20 of Dearbornistan's finest guarding these jihadists. We noted that among them was Officer Daniel Saab. After 9/11, Saab was hailed and glorified in USA Today and a gazillion other mainstream media outlets (like CNN and the New York Times) as a superhero Muslim Arab community police officer who is a moderate. But he was recently convicted of charges related to threatening, harassing, and stalking a Michigan legislator. We're surprised, given that, he's still on the force. But, hey, he's a Muslim Arab. And anything goes in Dearbornistan.

Who is Marty Knollenberg?: Hezbollah & Syria Back Candidate for Michigan's Legislature
Why are agents of Hezbollah and Syria and supporters of their occupation of Lebanon giving big dollars to a candidate for the Michigan Legislature?
That's the question all voters in Michigan's 41st House District, in suburban Detroit, should be asking of Republican primary contender Marty Knollenberg.
For a tiny state legislature seat, Knollenberg--the son of Republican U.S. Congressman Joe Knollenberg--has received some interesting contributions from outside the State of Michigan:
* Nijad & Zeina Fares--Nijad Fares is the son of Hezbollah-backed, Syrian installed former Deputy Prime Minister of Lebanon, Issam Fares, deposed not long ago. At the time of his and his wife's contributions to Knollenberg, Issam Fares was still in power as Deputy Prime Minister. The Fares Family are strong supporters of Hezbollah and Syria and are believed to be conduits of Hezbollah campaign contributions in America, since they are naturalized U.S. citizens and legally able to contribute to American political campaigns.
Nijad Fares also gave thousands to Marty Knollenberg's father, Congressman Joe, after he pushed through Congress about $86 million in USAID funds to Southern Lebanon (Hezbollah) at the request of Jim Zogby of the Arab American Institute in 2000. Knollenberg's then-Chief of Staff, Paul Welday, aided in this allocation. The money was never traced. Who knows how many missiles and rockets that paid for?
* Abdallah Bouhabib--Bouhabib was the Lebanese Ambassador to the United States at the time that the U.S. Marine barracks were bombed by Hezbollah and over 241 U.S. Marines were murdered. He complained that President Reagan's only concern in Lebanon was the Marines. Since then, Bouhabib settled in the U.S., where he became an official in the World Bank facilitating meetings with and billions of dollars for P.L.O. leader Yasser Arafat.
American Lebanese activists in the "March 14th Coalition" (a group of Christians, Sunnis, Druze and others who are working to free Lebanon entirely of Syria and Hezbollah) say that Bouhabib worked against them and supported Syria's occupation of their country.
Bouhabib and Mr. and Mrs. Fares gave Marty Knollenberg $500 a piece. That might seem small to you, but it's the maximum allowed under Michigan law per election cycle.
No state in the Union should have elected officials who take money from agents of Hezbollah and Syria. And Michigan is no exception.
What will Marty Knollenberg do for Hezbollah and Syria in the Michigan Legislature? We hope voters in his prospective district (containing Detroit suburbs of Troy and Clawson) don't give us a chance to find out.
For those who are opposed to Hezbollah and Syria getting a foothold in the Michigan House of Representatives, we urge you to vote for his opponent in the Republican primary, Mike Bosnic--a true conservative who will represent the people in his Michigan district, NOT the terrorists in Hezbollah and Syria.

Another Picture That Speaks 1,000 Words: Hezbollah Teaches Kids Nazi Salute
To all those supporters of Hezbollah at rallies around the country holding signs equating Israel and Jews with the Nazis, we say look at this pic below for a view at who the real Nazis are. This is the same salute my grandparents saw when they were shipped off to the concentration camps.

When Shi'ites Welcomed Israel Into Lebanon: P.L.O. Mass Murder, Torture & Rape in "Fatah-land"
How oblivious we are to the hypocrisy of the Lebanese Shi'ite Muslims, who in 1982, welcomed Israel into Lebanon to rescue them.
To rescue them from the P.L.O., whose Palestinian supporters their Hezbollah is now allied with. To rescue them from these people who then allowed their fellow co-religionists in Iran to found a terrorist group in their country, Hezbollah, to attack their rescuers.
Rapes, torture, murders. In 1982, that's what Shi'ite Muslims (and Christians) in Lebanon suffered daily and en masse at the hands of the Palestinians who controlled the country from West Beirut to Lebanon's southern border. Their rescuers were the "evil Zionists" whose elimination they and their Hezbollah now seek. South Lebanon was known as Fatah-land. The P.L.O. dominated--allied with a brutal leftist Lebanese militia, the Morab Eitoun, headed by Ibrahim Pleilat.
Hezbollah was founded by Shi'ite Muslims in Iran and injected into their country ostensibly to "get Israel out of Lebanon." But in 1982, Lebanon's Shia--who now wholeheartedly support Hezbollah--were desperate for rescue from their murderous Palestinian captors. When Israel did invade Lebanon (to stop the P.L.O. and its attacks from Lebanon onto Israel), the now-reviled Israeli Defense Forces were welcomed by Shi'ites with open arms--as liberators.
Yesterday--mass rapes, torture, and murder of thousands of Shi'ites at the hands of P.L.O. soldiers who took over their country. Today--through Hezbollah and HAMAS--they are partners. But in the '80s, it was a different story.
In a front page story on July 25, 1982, "Lebanese Tell of Anguish of Living Under the P.L.O.," The New York Times detailed how Arafat and company nearly established a Palestinian State . . . in Lebanon. The article is by David K. Shipler, no friend of Israel.
The hypocrisy of Lebanon's Shi'ites is thickly evident when reading that account now.
For about six years (beginning in 1976), the P.L.O. controlled Lebanon with Syria. P.L.O. terrorists controlling Lebanon had an army, police, a "judicial system," and a number of agencies that harassed and sanctioned violence against Shi'ites and Christians. Reported the Times then:
Those who lived within its [the region of Lebanon controlled by the P.L.O.] rough boundaries said they were too terrified then to describe it to outsiders. Now . . . they are telling of theft, intimidation and violence. . . . The major tool of persuasion was the gun, according to those who lived through it. . . . [They] said they felt powerless in their own homes.
Example after example of what the Palestinians--Sunni Muslims--did to the Shi'ites was reported by the New York Times. Example after example of what the Israelis saved them from, which they seem to have forgotten:
* Ali Bader El-Din was imam of Harouf, a Shi'ite village near Nabatiye. When he returned to town after 12 years of religious study in Shi'ite institutes in Iraq, he refused Palestinian demands to "inject Palestinian themes in to his sermons in the mosque." As a result, in 1980, during Ramadan fasting, he was murdered by the P.L.O. After days of searching, his family found his body, shot through the head, underneath a bridge in Deir Zaharani, a village four miles away.
Fearing a large turnout for his funeral, the P.L.O. forced his family to hold the funeral at night, which is not done in Islam. Yasser Arafat visited El-Din's family, told his 10-year-old son "the Zionists killed your father," and gave him a gun, telling him to "take revenge."
* Sheikh Mohammed Al-Masri, of another Shi'ite village near Nabatiye, refused to comply with Palestinian encroachment on his land. So, they raped and murdered his 15-year-old daughter.
* Hussein Hatib, a 19-year-old from Shi'ite village Harouf, was murdered by Palestinians. His 70-year-old father, Ali Ismaili Hatib, said his son was shot in the back at a P.L.O. checkpoint. They wanted gifts he'd bought for his family after returning from working in Libya.
* Zouhair Ladki, a Shi'ite from Khalde (just south of Beirut), was detained at a P.L.O. checkpoint, blindfolded, and questioned for 36 hours for the crime of having an American visa stamped in his passport after study in the U.S. One day, Palestinian and Syrian troops seized his family's home, ordering them out and saying they had to find an "American spy" hiding inside. After the "search," much of the house's property and furnishings were gone, stolen by the Palestinians.
Later, because Ladki and his friends did rescue work for the International Red Cross in Lebanon and wore red crosses on their shirts, they were detained by Palestinians in Beirut. According to the Times, the Palestinians asked them, "Why are you a Moslem and put a cross on yourself?" Then, they killed three of his Red Cross team in front of him. "I lost too many dear friends [to the Palestinians controlling Lebanon]," he said. "For nine months I have been afraid to make friendships again."
* The town of Nabatiye, where there were 35,000 Shi'ite Muslims dwindled to just 4,000 due to Palestinian murders of many and fleeing by the rest.
* Dolly Raad, a Christian Lebanese, said her father's home in Lebaa (east of Sidon) was seized by the Palestinians and turned into a restaurant and casino. She told the New York Times, "[T]hey [Palestinians occupying Lebanon] stopped a bus and said that those who were Christians, come down. My cousin stepped down, and was killed. When we saw the Palestinians were killing us and threatening us and having barricades and shooting innocent people, then came the hatred."
And other examples from other media in the days of Israel's welcomed entry into Lebanon are legion:
* An Israeli soldier liberating Lebanon from the P.L.O. in 1982 said saw a P.L.O. tank parked in front of a Shi'ite Muslim's house. He asked the Shi'ite, "Why did you allow this tank in front of your house?" The man replied that after he initially complained about it, the Palestinians murdered his son and raped his 15-year-old daughter, whom the soldier saw. She was pregnant.
* A Shi'ite OB/GYN doctor at a South Lebanese hospital complained to P.L.O. soldiers after they deliberately entered and watched each time he helped a woman give birth, in violation of Islamic modesty rules. In response, they killed his daughter.
These and a myriad of other stories like them are what Israel--now the enemy of Shia Islam and Hezbollah--rescued Lebanon's Shi'ite Muslims from. That's why, in 1982, when Israeli shortwave radio interviewed a local shi'ite military leader from a small town in southern Lebanon, he said, "We'll gladly join the Israeli Army to attack Beirut."
As renowned moderate Shia commentator, Fouad Ajami, recently wrote in U.S. News and World Report, of Israel then:
They boarded ships firing in to the air, freeing the Lebanese to embark on a new history of their own. . . . Israel had done for Shi'ites--Lebanon's largest and most disadvantaged community--what they had been unable to do for themselves. In a chapter now long forgotten, those villages in the southern hinterland had welcomed Israel's push into Lebanon.
Lebanese shia memories are short, indeed.
When Palestinians controlled Tyre (and maintained an outpost there), they begged Israel to rescue them. Now, Israel enters Tyre to protect itself from Shia Muslim shelling on Israel, and it's the enemy.
In 1982, the Palestinians had already taken over Tyre. As in most other locales under their control, the entire City Council complied with the P.L.O.'s demand to resign, May Ali Khalid Shaalan told the New York Times:
"The Palestinians pressured me to resign and to leave everything in their hands. But of course I refused and told them I was ready to die before giving them the municipality." Instead of killing him, they worked around him, stripping him of Authority.
Tyre's Shia Mayor Shaalan and his entire police force were restored to full power by the Israelis who liberated them. One of the policemen told the Times that under the Palestinians it was deeply humiliating:
"I worked only with paper," [he said] fingering a crime report. "If somebody shot somebody, he would be protected by the Palestinians."
How soon the Lebanese Shi'ites forget how desperate they were under their new-found Palestinian buddies, then in the P.L.O. and now reconstituted as HAMAS. How soon they forget that when Israel liberated them from the Palestinians, there was no Hezbollah to do the job instead.
The July 1982 New York Times piece says it all:
Some are still circumspect, afraid the P.L.O. will return after Israel withdraws; others open up in a spirit of relief [about the Israeli liberation].
24 years ago, who knew these same Shi'ite Muslims would show such little appreciation and complete absence of a memory bank? Who knew that instead of the P.L.O.'s return, they'd fervently support their own barbaric Shia version and use it to murder those who rescued them from total destruction?
It's the epitome of chutzpah.

Chutzpah, Inc.: Litigious Arab Group Seeks Asylum for All Palestinian, Lebanese ILLEGAL ALIENS!
Just what we need . . . more Palestinian and Lebanese Muslims who support Islamic terrorism getting asylum in the U.S. and roaming free. And they're illegal aliens in custody, to boot.
That's what FBI award revokee and "former" terrorist Imad Hamad and House Banking Scandal convict Mary Rose Oakar--both officials of the Islamofascist American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC)--want.
Monday, they sued the U.S. government on behalf of whining Lebanese Hezbollah supporters whose travel out of Lebanon U.S. taxpayers covered. Now, they're seeking instant asylum and release from illegal alien detention for hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and Lebanese illegal aliens on our shores. Is there ANY end to their cache of chutzpah? Answer: NO!
The Lebanese-American (and we use the term "American" very loosely in her case) Oakar, a convicted criminal, is used to taking advantage of American citizen taxpayers. She bounced a lot of checks as a Congresswoman--and taxpayers paid for thousands to cover them--in the 1990s House Banking Scandal. She also laundered and faked campaign contributions, had ghost employees on her Congressional payroll, etc. etc. ad nauseam. (And she lied to the FBI, too.) She should have been a convicted felon behind bars (she faced 40 years hard time and $1.75 million in fines), but got a sweet plea deal allowing her to plea to two misdemeanors and get no jailtime.
Will she and her organization continue to get the bend-over-backwards treatment they've been getting from the Department of Homeland Security for the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens for whom they are seeking asylum? G-d help us.
Here are the details:
On July 25, 2006, the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) requested that the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State designate Lebanon and the Gaza Strip for Temporary Protected Status due to the severe humanitarian crisis caused by Israeli attacks on those areas. Temporary Protected Status would allow nationals of Lebanon and the Gaza Strip to remain in the United States on a temporary basis to ensure that they are not returned to an area rife with violence, with dwindling access to water, medical and food supplies."Unfortunately these people have been caught in limbo between the US and a war torn country that they have no means of being transported to," states ADC Regional Director Imad Hamad. "From a humanitarian standpoint, it is inconceivable to keep these people in detention, especially those who have no record, or pose any safety concerns."
Cry me a river.
These illegal aliens should be headed outta here, along with Hamad, a "former" Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine terrorist whom the government fought to deport for years (but Clinton and Janet Reno gave up).

Are You a Terrorist?: Absurd, PC Air Marshal Quota System Says Yes
The hard-working Air Marshals in the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) have enough problems on their hands.
From silly dress codes and procedures that make them stick out like a sore thumb to terrorists, to incompetent, intractable management, they have a tough job which has been made even tougher.
The past few weeks, a series of brave and justly angry Federal Air Marshals have been granting television and other media interviews around the country. The latest and most disturbing is one from Denver's ABC 7 News, in which a Federal Air Marshal discusses the new, absurd quota system put into place by FAMS management.
Apparently because the FAMS has fallen pray to the political correctness throughout the Department of Homeland Security, the agency can't just put Islamic terrorists in the federal terrorist database. No. That would be wrong. Instead, FAMS has instituted quotas, requiring Air Marshals to file a report on at least one , every month, even if the traveler did nothing wrong. This outrage could put you on a no-fly or watch list and affect your ability to travel.
Here's more from the report:
You could be on a secret government database or watch list for simply taking a picture on an airplane. Some federal air marshals say they're reporting your actions to meet a quota, even though some top officials deny it.The air marshals, whose identities are being concealed, told 7NEWS that they're required to submit at least one report a month. If they don't, there's no raise, no bonus, no awards and no special assignments.
"Innocent passengers are being entered into an international intelligence database as suspicious persons, acting in a suspicious manner on an aircraft ... and they did nothing wrong," said one federal air marshal.
These unknowing passengers who are doing nothing wrong are landing in a secret government document called a Surveillance Detection Report, or SDR. Air marshals told 7NEWS that managers in Las Vegas created and continue to maintain this potentially dangerous quota system.
"Do these reports have real life impacts on the people who are identified as potential terrorists?" 7NEWS Investigator Tony Kovaleski asked.
"Absolutely," a federal air marshal replied.
7NEWS obtained an internal Homeland Security document defining an SDR as a report designed to identify terrorist surveillance activity.
"When you see a decision like this, for these reports, who loses here?" Kovaleski asked.
"The people we're supposed to protect -- the American public," an air marshal said.
What kind of impact would it have for a flying individual to be named in an SDR?
"That could have serious impact ... They could be placed on a watch list. They could wind up on databases that identify them as potential terrorists or a threat to an aircraft. It could be very serious," said Don Strange, a former agent in charge of air marshals in Atlanta. He lost his job attempting to change policies inside the agency.
That's why several air marshals object to a July 2004 memo from top management in the Las Vegas office, a memo that reminded air marshals of the SDR requirement.
Political Correctness run amok at the Federal Air Marshal Service. G-d help them.

Extreme Kudos: Diligent ICE Agent Puts Iranian Arms Dealer Behind Bars
On this site, we're quite critical of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) management.
But that doesn't diminish one iota our respect for the patriotic, hard-working thousands of rank-and-file ICE agents around the world who are trying to do their job protecting America, notwithstanding their incompetent, selfish, PC higher-up desk jockey bosses.
One of those great agents is ICE Special Agent Brian Bucaro based in San Diego. He is a finalist for a 2006 "Sammie"--Service to America award for Justice and Law Enforcement--for putting an Iranian arms dealer behind bars. This is especially important in this day when Iran is on the verge of developing nuclear weapons and its arms cache and reach is felt in Israel's attempts to defend itself against Hezbollah.
Here are the details from Federal News Radio:
For more than 20 years, Arif Ali Durrani illegally trafficked U.S. military weapons and components. One of his biggest clients was the Iranian government, which he supplied with missile and aircraft parts.Immigration and Customs Enforcement Special Agent Brian Bucaro led the investigation that put this internationally renowned arms dealer in jail.
Bucaro discovered that Durrani was operating out of Mexico and was acquiring U.S. military parts by using American front-men. By January 2005, Bucaro had identified and located Durrani's two key co-conspirators.
Over two years, Bucaro was able to build an airtight case against Durrani. Then, with a tip that Durrani would be in the United States for a connecting flight at L-A-X, Bucaro and his team were able to nab the elusive arms smuggler.
Thanks to Brian Burcaro, this criminal is behind bars and his smuggling network has been dismantled.

Poetic Justice?: U.N. Peacekeepers Aided Hezbollah in 2000 Kidnapping of Israeli Soldiers
We are not shedding too many tears over the accidental Israeli killing of U.N. "peacekeepers" (a misnomer if there ever was one).
While we are sorry for any innocents who lost their lives, it's a tad of poetic justice for the U.N. in Lebanon. Why?
Well, to those who forgot--apparently, that includes the entire mainstream media--the U.N. aided and abetted Hezbollah in the October 2000 abduction of three Israeli soldiers at Har Dov, Israel. They turned a blind eye to the kidnapping, and it is believed they provided Hezbollah with U.N. uniforms, insignia, and vehicles. The U.N. for months denied knowledge of the attack and kidnapping or that it had a tape, which it had all along and withheld, aiding Hezbollah.
Here's an excerpt from a 2001 article from Israeli newspaper Ha'Aretz, which is posted in its entirety at the International Coalition for Missing Israeli Soldiers site:

Defense Minister Benjamin Ben-Eliezer yesterday announced that United Nations officials last Friday acknowledged the existence of a video tape with information on the kidnapping of three IDF soldiers by Hezbollah guerrillas at Har Dov on October 7, 2000. Israeli security sources suspect the tape has scenes recorded immediately after the abduction. In a strongly worded letter, the government demanded that the United Nations immediately transfer the tape to Israel.Israeli officials had insisted for months that the cassette existed, but the UN adamantly rejected the claim. According to Ben-Eliezer, information about the existence of the tape was leaked from New York.
While it is still unclear what the recording contains, two pictures, showing UN tow trucks removing two vehicles used by the Hezbollah guerrillas during the kidnapping were shown last night on both Israeli television news channels.
The pictures were acquired by Shlomi Afrayat, owner of Topline in Kiryat Shmona, who has worked for months to make contact with the persons responsible for the recording. Afrayat is not in possession of the original tape.
"The scene was taped 18 hours after the abduction of the three soldiers", said Timor Goksel, spokesman for UNIFIL (UN interim force in Lebanon) peacekeepers in south Lebanon. "It contains footage of abandoned vehicles the Iran-backed Hezbollah guerrillas used in the attack," he added.
"Inside the vehicles, UN peacekeepers found UN insignia, uniforms and license plates along with weapons and explosives," Goksel said. . . .
Israeli security officials suspect that the UN soldiers witnessed the attack and may have turned a blind eye to Hezbollah preparations to carry it out.
So, as for the U.N. "Peacekeepers," our response is: War is hell. You chose to go. And to be involved in an organization that works with Hezbollah in a very friendly manner.

Hezbollah U.S.A, Part III: My Date at Dearbornistan's Hezbollah Social Club
DEARBORNISTAN, USA - Sunday was a busy day.
First, I watched Michigan FBI Special Agent in Charge Daniel Roberts chase after Hezbollah terrorists on the elliptical machine at a swanky suburban Detroit gym.
Then, I did the work he and his agents should be doing. But aren't. (Don't believe claims by Roberts and paunchy FBI sidekick, William Kowalski, that they are "monitoring" Hezbollah.) I headed to the Bint Jebail Cultural Center in the heart of Islamic America--Dearborn, Michigan. More on that club--a hangout for thousands of Hezbollah supporters on our shores--later.
Bint Jebail--also spelled "Bint Jbeil"--located in southern Lebanon and very close to the border, is the key Hezbollah stronghold. Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah makes most of his fiery anti-Semitic, anti-American speeches there . . . to eager ears. It is the site from which much shelling of rockets and missiles, onto Northern Israel and beyond, emanates. Thousands of Detroit area Muslims (the majority of whom are Shi'ite) come from the Bint Jbeil area, and they support Hezbollah.
Hezbollah's U.S. Citizen Mayor
Bint Jbeil's Mayor, Haj Ali Bazzi, is a U.S. citizen, with a Michigan Driver's License and an American passport. Even though he cannot speak English, he spent a short time in Dearborn and--voila!--American citizenship was served up. Bazzi told an ABC News TV crew he's sorry he ever spent any time in America. But he's not renouncing his U.S. citizenship or giving up his passport and license. He also said that he "would defend Dearborn against invasion by another state." Of course, he would--it is Little Bint Jbeil. But would he defend America against a foreign invasion? Not likely, judging from many of his relatives in Dearborn, open supporters of Islamic terrorist groups.
Shi'ite Muslim Nurse Ratchet
In October 2004, one of them, Najah Bazzy, announced--at a Michigan CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) event--that she is "embarrassed to be an American," even though she claims she is a second- or third-generation American. We're embarrassed she's American, too.
The Shia Muslim Nurse Ratchet, Najah Bazzy served as the head Muslim transcultural nurse at Oakwood Hospital, also in Dearbornistan. During her tenure, the hospital was raided by the FBI for providing tax-paid Medicaid deliveries to pregnant, foreign Muslim women with fraudulent social security numbers. All of those kids are now U.S. citizens, and their American birth certificates can be sold in the Muslim world's black market. Bazzy is one of the women featured in an exhibit in the tax-funded Arab American National Museum to which she donated an anti-Israel video by a fringe nurses group.
Hezbollah's American "Social" Club
Then, there is the Bint Jebail Cultural Center, Sunday. Many of the Bazzis were in attendance at the club, whose Chairman is Nazieh Bazzi. They were ostensibly there to mourn members of the Bazzi family who died in Israel's defensive war against Hezbollah. But this was no memorial service. It was a Nazi-style hate-fest.
The Bint Jebail Cultural Center was founded in 1994. Incredibly, American taxpayers subsidize this "cultural center," since it has 501(c)(3) tax-deductible status. In 2004, the year of its last tax return on file, the club spent over $85,000 on "cultural and religious seminars and lectures," most of them extremist. The decor of the club is elaborate, if you like the Saddam Palace/Donald Trump Apartment style of gaud. The extremists who founded the club apparently think paradise looks like Liberace-land.
While it operates mostly as a banquet facility, the Bint Jebail Cultural Center is also used as a frequent meeting place for Hezbollah supporters and a locale for Hezbollah rallies that frequently feature anti-American and anti-Christian hate, not just anti-Semitism. (Despite all that, U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy III--now a Bush nominee to the U.S. Court of Appeals--is a frequent guest at this Hezbollah club, including last October, when he told its members that the club and the U.S. government had "issues of common interest and concern.")
Sunday's event was no different than the usual Bint Jebail hate fare, minus the bloated, pandering federal officials. It was a Hezbollah rally filled with anti-Semitic and anti-American rhetoric, as well as prayers for the Mujahideen and the Martyrs. What I saw and heard should be must viewing for all Americans.
But you didn't read any of it in the whitewash AP story by a reporter who apparently doesn't speak or understand Arabic--the language of most of the speeches (and probably not English, either, since he couldn't even get the name of the club right). Not that Arabic fluency was necessary. It was quite clear that this was a modern day Nazi hate-fest.
While AP reported that there were 1,000 people in attendance, this was the one time when the mainstream media under-reported numbers at an extremist Muslim rally. There were easily 2,500-3,000 Jew-hating, anti-American bodies in the room that has a maximum capacity of 1,000. No fire marshals, though. The Dearborn police were guarding these Hezbollah supporters in a car outside the venue. The fire was reserved for the speeches.
Among the many speakers, several things were in common: multiple statements about the Jews, cheers for the total destruction of and end to Israel, and support for Hezbollah, the Mujahideen, and the Martyrs.
A very religious Islamic event, I sat with the many bitter-looking, hijab-encrusted women in Black (the women were relegated to separate seating in the back). Every imam of every Shi'ite mosque in town was there, white turban et al. That includes Imams Hassan Qazwini of the Islamic Center of America and Mohammed Ali Elahi of the Islamic House of Wisdom--heads of the two largest mosques in North America. (I've written extensively about Elahi's connections to Iran and Hezbollah.) Also there, Imam Husham Al-Hussainy of the Karbalaa Islamic Institute. At a Dearborn rally in memory of Yasser Arafat, he held a poster of his hero, Ayatollah Khomeini. Both Qazwini and Al-Hussainy were hugged by President Bush in media photo ops when he came to town upon Iraq's "liberation."
Haj Mohammed Turfe (AP incorrectly called him Mohammed "Torfah"), Founding Chairman of the Bint Jebail Cultural Center, gleefully and repeatedly spoke of how "only a few thousand Jews will survive Armageddon." This mantra, repeated often throughout the event, got raucous, deafening applause and cheers. Well, for once--I thought--extremist Muslims have respect for Christianity. . . when they can twist it to suit their fascist hopes and dreams.
Dr. Ali Ajami, Lebanese Consul General in Detroit, delivered a fire-and-brimstone anti-Semitic tirade that would make Father Coughlin blush. An open supporter of Hezbollah, sources say he was installed in the position by Hezbollah officials in the Lebanese and Syrian governments. Incredibly, he is constantly feted by Department of Homeland Security officials.
Then, there was Imam Mohammed Ali Elahi. First, he said that Americans and Jews are "diseased," among other attacks. He sang a prayer for the Martyrs and Mujahideen--to the fervent applause of the attendees. He urged those in attendance not to buy new clothes for the next year, and to instead donate the money to "them, our brothers and sisters." It was quite clear he was speaking of Hezbollah (giving money to it is a violation of U.S. law). Incredibly, this Islamic David Duke is still a regular columnist for The Detroit News, thanks to editorial page editor Nolan Finley.
Throughout the speeches there were cheers and statements of support from the crowd for Hezbollah and against Jews. Some of the loudest cheers came for the repeated mantra, "Pray for the Speedy Dismantling of the Jewish State." It was a take on the business card of extremist Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss of the Neturei Karta, a surprise speaker at the event. But his card says, "Pray For the Speedy Peaceful Dismantling of the Zionist State." They were not interested in the "peaceful" part, apparently.
Weiss, a Jewish self-hater, has no following in the mainstream Jewish Community. Ultra-Orthodox rabbis from high and low have denounced and disavowed this extremist "rabbi" who makes a career of attending anti-Israel rallies sponsored by Muslims. But not Imam Husham Al-Hussainy. He told two Muslim women that he and Rabbi Weiss made a great team, last week, in denouncing Israel at various rallies. I watched Rabbi Weiss, whose sole legitimacy is his ultra-Orthodox religiosity, shake the hands of the Muslim women--a total no-no for observant Orthodox Jewish men (who are not allowed to touch women that are not their wives or close relatives).
Below is Rabbi Weiss' business card, should you wish to tell him what you think of his participation in a modern day Nazi rally. He wore a giant Palestinian flag as did his rabbi sidekick companion.
Also in attendance and cheering for the various expressions of hate was Nasser Beydoun--who that morning went on a local TV show, claiming he is a moderate that has respect for Jewish people and the State of Israel. He is Chairman of the American Arab Chamber of Commerce and an organizer of the U.S. Arab-Economic Conference, last month in Houston (attended by President George H.W. Bush, State Dept. official Karen Hughes (more on Hughes here), etc.). Incredibly, Michigan Republican Chairman Saul Anuzis--so desperate to get the minuscule Muslim vote--was hyping Beydoun as a U.S. Senate candidate. Beydoun's father, Mohammed, is a U.S. citizen but lived in his elaborate Bint Jbeil, Lebanon mansion, until U.S. taxpayers paid to bring him back here, last week.
Why are these extremists--Nasser Beydoun, Mohammed Ali Elahi, Husham Al-Hussainy, etc., etc. ad absurdum--commanding the respect and attention of U.S. officials? Why are these supporters of Hezbollah terrorism against Americans and Jews getting the light of day?
It's an enigma that has no reasonable explanation. Pandering to this extremist hate by our government officials--whether for political pragmatism or career enhancement--is unacceptable.
All freedom-loving Americans need to wake up to the "culture" I saw on display at the Bint Jebail Cultural Center.

What Happened to Beirut's Jews?: How Hezbollah Murdered Lebanon's Jews in the '80s
My dad (work by him here and here) reminded me of this article from his wing of the DebbieSchlussel.com library archives. The article describes what "The Organization of the Oppressed of the Earth," Hezbollah's original name, did to Lebanon's Jews. In the past, I've written about the Lebanese Jews named below, including information not included in the article (but which I've provided in brackets).
I reprint the article in its entirety, and ask the question: "Legitimate resistance" or murderous terrorist group that targets innocents? I report, but the answer is apparent. You don't need to decide.
Shi'ite Group Kills Lebanese Jewish HostageFebruary 21, 1986
Paris (JTA [DS: Jewish Telegraphic Agency])--The body of a Jewish Hostage shot and badly beaten before his death was found last Sunday in west Beirut. Ibrahim Benesti, 54, is the third Jewish hostage to be murdered in two months by a Shi'ite fundamentalist group.
The gang, "The Organization of the Oppressed of the Earth," said they have kidnapped two more Jewish hostages. In addition, they are believed to be holding five other Jews.
Benesti's body was found dumped near a vegetable market in the Kaskas area which borders the Green Line separating de facto the Christian east from the predominantly Moslem west Beirut. He had been shot once in the back of the head but medical examiners say he had been badly tortured and beaten before his "execution."
A statement found pinned on the body said he had been killed "for having been an Israeli spy" and as an example "to all other Israeli agents." Police found in one of his pockets Polaroid photographs showing the victim and two other middle-aged bearded men with visible scars on their faces. They were identified as Yehouda and Yossef Benesti, presumably members of the same family.
[DS: Spy for Israel? No. I researched Mr. Benesti. Benesti, whose family--like many Lebanese Jews--had been in Lebanon since 2,000 B.C. (before the birth of Mohammed), was a charitable and kindly candy store owner who gave free candy to children of all religions, including Shi'ite Muslims. Benesti's "crime" was being a Jew.]
Some reports from Beirut say the dead man's actual name might have been Ibrahim Tinesti.Two months ago, the Organization of the Oppressed of the Earth murdered two other Jewish hostages, Isaac Tarab, 69, and Haim Halala Cohen, 36. Since these killings, most members of Beirut's already small Jewish community are said to have fled. Some reports say there are now less than 20 Jews left in Beirut.
The group had also claimed responsibility for the hijacking of a TWA airliner to Beirut in June 1985. The hijackers had then demanded that Israel set free all prisoners held in Israel and south Lebanon. Israel had refused to deal with them or give in to their demands.
The statement found pinned to their latest victim renewed this demand. It said that 300 Shi'ites are being held prisoners by the Israeli-backed South Lebanon Army in a camp near the Israeli border. The SLA has refused to free the prisoners it holds in Khiam, some 20 miles north of the border.
The group also said Benesti had been killed to protest "Israel's violation" of the Al-Aqsa mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. It called the victim "a pillar of Israeli espionage in Lebanon." The dead man was known, Jewish circles said in Paris, as a quiet businessman who minded his own business. He settled in Beirut, coming from Sidon, 35 years ago. It is not known if he was married and had children.
As you can see, "The Organization of the Oppressed of the Earth" a/k/a Hezbollah has not changed in the 20 years since this article. First, they got rid of Lebanon's Jews. Now, they want to eliminate Israel's Jews. America and the rest of the world--including Christians--are next, if Hezbollah is not stopped and eliminated.
The new Nazis must go.

Sensitive Man's Bubble Gum: Bazooka Joe & Friends Meet "Diversity"
Our favorite gum is (or, we should say, was) Bazooka bubble gum. We like the hard pink square that isn't chock-filled with softeners and bizarre flavors. Grape, Cherry, and Regular were just fine for us. At age 53, Bazooka Joe is just fine to us and doesn't need changes.
Now, however, political correctness has struck even our fave bubble gum and its emblematic American boy portrayed in the comics insert.
Bazooka Joe product managers at Topps claim that today's softened youth prefer "softer chews," and so the pink gum is being softened. Ditto for Bazooka Joe. He's being "diversified" along with his friends and given a girlie-man, hip-hop makeover. Say it ain't so, Joe!
Predictably, Bazooka Joe's new comic "friends" include a complete line-up of the left-wing version of diversity: a masculine Title IX-style chick, a European student, an environmentalist chick, and a hip-hop DJ. The only thing missing: a transsexual, lacto-ovo bra-burning Hezbollah member.
According to reports (scroll down):
Out with his rolled-up pants. In with a backward hat and ripped jeans.
HUH?!
Out with his old friends. In with a multicultural gang who will appear in Bazooka comics: tomboy Casey McGavin, German exchange student Wolfgang Spreckels [DS: Like Deiter from "Sprockets"?], greenie Cindy Lewis, sci-fi fan Kevin Griffin, and DJ Chen, who loves mixing records.

Morgan Spurlock & Idiotic Former Minuteman on Immigration
Who is the imbecilic former Minuteman hanging out with left-wing illegal alien supporter Morgan Spurlock?
Remember Spurlock? He's the phony "documentarian"--really fake-umentarian--who lambasted McDonald's in his "Supersize Me" silver screen screed. Then, last summer, he did a silly "30 Days" series on F/X. Unfortunately, it's ba-a-a-a-ack.
Spurlock and his peeps tried to recruit me to be on two of the episodes, including one in which his airhead best friend was indoctrinated by Islamofascists. I wrote about my experience with Spurlock's Islamo-sympathizing people in this "Wall Street Journal" column. More about it here. And more on how Spurlock was hailed by Islamofascist groups who didn't seem to care about his use of Mohammed cartoons, here. And don't forget how he recently used obscenities and ridiculed the disabled and minimum wage workers at an absurd high school speech.
Now, an idiotic former Minuteman, Frank George, is in the season premiere of season two of Spurlock's "30 Days" show, Wednesday Night. He's living for 30 days bunking with a family of illegal aliens so he can "feel their pain."
I know plenty of patriotic Minutemen, none of whom would be this gullible. Surely, they are upset at the silly way this wayward former Minuteman sold them out for the $30,000 Morgan Spurlock pays "contestants" in each of his phony, pre-determined "30 Days" shows.
We have a good idea for a Morgan Spurlock show you'll never see--an illegal alien lives for 30 days as an unemployed, homeless man whose wages he lowered to unlivable levels and whose job he took.

EXCLUSIVE/OUTRAGE: BOYCOTT "Miami Vice"--New Movie Defames Israeli Defense Forces
When it comes to drug dealers and illicit drug makers do you think of Columbian drug cartels . . . or Israeli Soldiers?!
In an outrageous choice from wardrobe, the latter is apparently what the new "Miami Vice" movie--a horrid, very long and boring remake of the '80s TV series, in theaters Friday--wants you to think. (Read my full review, Friday.)
In a scene toward the beginning of the 2-hour-plus movie, the Miami Vice guys bust a drug warehouse. The main drug dealer they arrest in the warehouse is wearing a giant Israeli Defense Forces T-shirt, just like the one pictured above. (I own one, and often wear it as a night-shirt). It features the Israeli abbreviation "Tzahal," which stands for Tzava HaGanah L'Yisrael--literally, "The Army That Defends Israel" or "Israel Defense Forces," as it is commonly known.
It's a quick scene and a minor detail, but I noticed it big-time. And the placement of the IDF T-shirt was deliberate and noticeable. Not to mention, GRATUITOUS! So, just how many Israeli soldiers wearing Tzahal/IDF shirts do you know? We don't know any either. And we've never read a single news report that there are any. At a time when Israeli soldiers are being held captive by Islamic terrorist groups and fighting for the very survival of Israel against these subhumans, it's hardly the time for a trashy '80s remake to defame them as drug dealers. In fact, it's never the time for that.
But don't tell that to the anti-Israel, PC phonies who run Hollywood. Show them in another way: BY BOYCOTTING "MIAMI VICE." Shame on Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx for allowing this propaganda.

Absurd, Whining Lawsuit of the Week: Arab Muslim Group Sues Govt. Over Lebanon Evacuation
Warned you about both whining Lebanese, Hezbollah-supporting "Americans" in Lebanon demanding tax-paid evacuation (which they got--unprecedented--b/c they are Muslims and Arabs) AND about the massive IslamoFascist Litigation Jihad a/k/a IslamoFascist Lawsuits 'R' Us.
Now, both are coming together to soak U.S. taxpayers for more in The Mother of All Whining Lawsuits. They whined, we paid, they got out. Now they want us to pay again. These terror supporters willingly went to a war zone--of their own volition. As my law professor Stewart McCauley always said, "You pays your money, you takes your chances." But, not them. They're suing US. Talk about chutzpah.

In the lawsuit, ADC alleges that the defendants placed US citizens in peril by not taking all possible steps to secure the safety and well being of US citizens in Lebanon. Further, the lawsuit asks the Federal Court to issue an order compelling the Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense to request a ceasefire and to stop any shipments of weapons or any other military support to Israel during the evacuation of all US citizens out of Lebanon.
ADC is joined in the lawsuit by several American citizens who have returned from Lebanon after escaping the violence and others who remain in Lebanon. The lawsuit will be filed in Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. ADC and its co-plaintiffs are represented by the law firm of Nabih H. Ayad & Associates.

Video From My FOX News Cavuto Appearance
For those who've been asking for video of my appearance, Thursday afternoon, on FOX News Channel's "Your World with Neal Cavuto," the show repeats at 1:00 a.m. Eastern. It was a good appearance, during which I discussed Hezbollah's American sympathizers, here's the video posted on YouTube.
Keep in mind that this video is darkened a lot from the tape I have, and I assure you I did not wear that much make-up (as the darkened video illusion implies). Yuck!

Hezbollah U.S.A, Part II: Al Mabarat Charitable Organization, Tax-Funded Hezbollah on Our Shores
Why do the FBI, ICE, and the Justice Department continue to allow an obvious Hezbollah charity to operate on our shores?
In May, I wrote--twice! (here and here)--about Hezbollah financier Talal Chahine and his contributions to Hezbollah front charity Al Mabarrat Association. I also wrote about its Dearborn, Michigan affiliate, Al Mabarat Charitable Organization. I had all the details and have reposted them below. (Yesterday, I went to an Al Mabarrat related event, yesterday, and will post about that, later.)
Now, over two months later, on a counter-terrorism site, an over-rated "terrorism expert" claims to have discovered both Al Mabarrat Association, the Hezbollah charity, its U.S. affiliate Al Mabarat Charitable Organization, and donor Talal Chahine. But the terrorism-expert-with-no-clothing can't even get the names of either organization right and, since he doesn't speak or read Arabic (and apparently, not English, either), incorrectly claims the charity's website is no longer online. It's still there.
Culled from my May posts (here and here), here's all the info you need on Al Mabarrat Association and its Dearborn, Michigan affiliate, Al Mabarat Charitable Organization:
While the IRS has a photo of Chahine with Hezbollah spiritual leader Mohammed Fadlallah, Chahine's contributions were not directly to Hezbollah, but to Al Mabarrat Association. It has a Dearborn, Michigan affiliate Al Mabarat Charitable Organization (note the U.S. version uses one "r", the Lebanese version--two "r"s). Al Mabarrat is clearly an open front for Hezbollah, and has Fadlallah's photo on its website front and center. Despite that, U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy III and the IRS refuse to prosecute the U.S. branch of the charity for apparently violating the law and apparently donating the money to Hezbollah. And the State Department and Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Department of Treasury refuses to put either the Lebanese or American charity on the State Department terrorist list. On the contrary, the U.S. government allows it to operate and has licensed it as a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible organization, subsidized by American taxpayers.And, by the way, as I've noted, Chahine's imam, Elahi, openly meets in Lebanon with Fadlallah all the time. Al Mabarat Charitable Organization's Dearborn officers--Fouad T. Beydoun, Ahmad J. Bazzi, and Nazem Baydoun--are from families that all come from Bint Jbeil, the Hezbollah stronghold in the South of Lebanon. Al Mabarat Charitable Organization's taxes show annual outlays of close to $1 million, but improperly fail to provide a separate schedule listing where the money went. Where is the money going?
It it interesting to note that the so-called "terrorism expert" who only just discovered these groups is praising FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge William Kowalski. As we've written, the calorically-gifted Kowalski is doing nothing (unless you count PR, which the "terrorism expert" apparently did) on the Hezbollah front. In fact, he's running--paunch and all-to console Hezbollah money-launderers and defrauders and Hezbollah Mosques and pandering all around. Meanwhile, he's sending his counter-terrorism agents to monitor League of Women's Voters meetings. No joke. He actually did that.

Go to This American Hero's Funeral Saturday (in Detroit Area)
Two weeks ago, American hero, Sgt. Duane Dreasky, a brave U.S. soldier and Army National Guardsman, passed away--after 8 valiant months fighting to live. (I wrote about him here, here, and here.)
The Michigan-based man was the last of several U.S. military victims of a terrorist IED targeted at the HumVee in which they were riding. Despite horrible burns over 75% of his body, he tried to salute President Bush when he visited his hospital room and established a scholarship to help others--even though he was in dire straits himself.
Tomorrow (Saturday) Morning is his funeral. Many readers in the Detroit area have asked me if it is a public service, and, indeed, it is. In fact, unfortunately, protesters are reported planning to demonstrate outside. If you live in the Detroit area, I recommend that you attend. The information, from Detroit News reporter Edward Cardenas, is:
A public memorial service will be held Saturday at Walled Lake Western High School's football field for [Duane Dreasky,] a Michigan National Guard soldier who died from injuries suffered in Iraq. . . .Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today in the O'Brien/Sullivan Funeral Home, 41555 Grand River, Novi.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Walled Lake Western High School Football Stadium, 600 Beck Road, Commerce Township.
Burial will be Tuesday in Arlington National Cemetery.

Story of the Day: Maybe They Needed to Outfit Hezbollah . . .
Just curious what Victoria's Secret bras are selling for on the black market, these days.
Probably a lot, judging from the fact that a couple stole 192 of them from a Detroit area location of the store. (One wonders how they got that many bras out of the store without anyone noticing.) From today's Detroit Spews:

Hmmm . . . Maybe they needed to outfit the Hezbollah warriors in full battle dress for their attacks on America.
