I got the rope.
Monday morning is a good day to die?
Is there any reason why not?

Well, that's the second best possible outcome.
Best outcome would have been for him to be found with his own gun in his mouth.

He's enroute to lock up and will be in front of the judge at 10 Am.
Then he will be transported to Chemung county to be arrained there.
I have been listening to this all day long.
If he was taken in NY, I think he would have been killed.
God Bless the family of the tropper that was killed.

One of the reasons is New York has no death penalty. Another reason will be self-defense. Another reason might be he didn't do it.
There are all sorts of reasons why.
It's noteworthy that it took over 1,000 cops to catch this one man.

MSNBC's title heading during the NY top cop's presser was: "...turned himself in.."
Yeah, like being surrounded by cops with high power rifles with no where to run, he "turned himself in".
He was apprehended,period.
He's lucky they didn't help him go out in a blaze of glory. This guy is a maggot.

Another reason might be he didn't do it. Gimme a break!
Why this POS is still breathing air is a disgrace. We need a shoot on sight order. He killed a cop!

The law gives him a presumption of innocence. Besides, we don't know that he killed a cop. His surgeon might have done that with a bungled job.
This is for the courts now.

"Why this POS is still breathing air is a disgrace. We need a shoot on sight order. He killed a cop!"
Not only that, he shot THREE State Police Officers. TWO OF THEM FROM BEHIND. Then he surrenders when he is surrounded and he realizes his only other option is a shootout that he WILL lose.
POS? Yep. And a coward. A yellow coward.
I was sorry to hear he was captured alive.
Good news is the SP says they are going to be arresting those who helped him while he was scurrying around like the vermin he is. I am not a lawyer, but it seems reasonable to me that anyone who helped hide this piece of debris is at least partially responsible for the murder of the SP officer who was killed.

I'm sure all of this will end up blaming his parents for his upbringing......

They are just as responsible as the perp.I think they need the testimony of the enablers to convict him.It leads me to believe the people in charge of prosecuting him,are sloths, looking for an easy verdict.I misread the first part of your post and I apologize. You are right as far as the enablers are concerned. They need to understand that their actions, countermanded the severity of the situation. As far as NY gun laws are concerned,I would have shot him on sight.I would take my chances in the court.Chances in NY are not that good, but I would feel better!

Besides, we don't know that he killed a cop. His surgeon might have done that with a bungled job.He wouldn't have been in any *danger* from a surgeon if the piece of filth had not shot him. The blame rests on it.
It's too bad it's in the courts hands. Sure way to guarantee that justice will not be done.
