Arnold's state courts are just as bad.

Re:Warrant signed by Superior Court judge.

How ironic. I was married to a California superior court judge. He Always carried a gun, not for protection but just because he was a gun nut. He had no permit and no qualms.
We really do have different standards of justice for different prople.

FCI wants everyone to be aware that the LA County Gun Task Force is lead by agents from BATFE; LAPD and LASO. They appear to have focused their attention on members of the fifty caliber community and are aggressively trying to arrest law abiding citizens for just being "Gun Owners"

But "the police are on our side" or so I've been told by numerous freepers. And they've also told me "It's only the police upper echelons who are anti-gun"

How come all the police who are "on our side" didn't call in sick for this?

If you haven't done anything wrong, you have nothing to be afraid of < /sarcasm>

In California, they do this to people who have fireworks, not to mention anyone who owns guns.

The gun owner could sue in Federal court because the execution of the warrant involved a federal agency.

If the courts were still a functional means for redress of grievances, this wouldn't be an issue.

We are so screwed...

It is like Bill Clinton and Janet Reno are still controlling the ATF.

Sue for what? DO you think that any police are ever going to be found guilty of violating civil rights etc. when gunowners are being screwed?

"Gun owners in LA County need to be prepared to expect these kinds of entry tactics and respond to commands from any officers if you are contacted."

The sheer arrogance of these thugs. Grovel before me.

"I can not believe that Police officers and BATFE officers have rationalized their thugary."

Where have you been the last 20 years?

"And they've also told me "It's only the police upper echelons who are anti-gun""

Police officers are by nature NOT rebellious. They may be the nicest people in the world at home but they WILL follow orders. If the chief says "break in that house we'll get a warrant later" they'll do it without any compunctions. They'll shoot your pets, your family and tear your house to pieces. They'll confiscate everything you own for a bag of cannabis and call it justice. The authoritarian, police mentality is ingrained in our society.

"The gun owner could sue in Federal court because the execution of the warrant involved a federal agency."

Nope. The BATFE was called in for "illegal" ammunition which was possibly explosive. They will find a way to finagle this to their advantage everytime. They're not in the business of defending the constitution or the BOR.
