He always treats them with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion.

That's the difference between old money, and jumped-up white trash. Filth like the Clintons and Leona Helmsley don't know anything about being rich and powerful except what they've seen in movies. They think rich people always abuse their underlings like that, and to fit in with high society they should do likewise. You'd half expect them to parade around in spats and ascots and top hats.

I wasn't filthy rich growing up, but by the standards of our little town we were doing pretty well. My folks employed several dozen people. Mom and Dad always taught me that our people were to be treated with respect and human kindness, and that it was seriously gauche to shout at them or show contempt to them. Too bad the Clintons didn't get that instruction as children.

Hillary Clinton was continuously rude and abrasive to those who were charged to protect her life. Her security detail dutifully did their job, as professionals should, but they all loathed her, and wanted to be on a different detail. Hillary Clinton was despised by the Secret Service as a whole.

Former President Bill Clinton was much more amiable than his wife. Often the Secret Service would cringe at the verbal attacks Hillary would use against her husband. They were embarrassed for his sake, by the manner and frequency in which she verbally insulted him, sometimes in the presence of the Secret Service, and sometimes behind closed doors. Even behind closed doors, Hillary Clinton would scream and holler so loudly that everyone could hear what she was saying. Many felt sorry for President Clinton and most wondered why he tolerated it instead of just divorcing his "attack dog" wife.

So, both Hillary and AlGore cut from the same cloth? Well, I can't help but think of why that might be. And the only thing I can come up with is, ambition and greed. They are both of these things, in spades.

We can't underestimate the pernicious and corrosive effects on the soul that rapacious greed and ambition can have. It has been said that there are two kinds of people who seek the power to be found in the halls of DC: a person who want to be somebody, and person who wants to do something. A good example is Ronald Reagan. When Reagan went to Washington, he already was somebody. He wanted to do things. The Clintons are the opposite. They don't want to do things so much as to be someone. In their case, and Hillary especially, the twin vices of greed (for money, for power) and ambition (to look and be important, especially to her own perception) hold sway.

I am not surprised by any of this.

I have a friend that is still flying on active duty. The stories he has shared about Bubba and her majesty are just awful.

I understand that this story must remain unattributed and anonymously sourced. And that, consequently, there is no way it can be confirmed. None of these guys (or gals) would ever speak in this manner for the record.

However, I have no doubt it is completely true.

Over time, though, a person's character inevitably manifests itself. This is perhaps the core meaning of Lincoln's famous quote: "You can fool all of the people some of the time, you can some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time".

We have seen enough of the principals in this story to recognize that these observations by their security detail are consistent with everything we have seen ourselves. Thereby, almost certainly true.

I know from a good source/friend a story about a new SS agent assigned to the White House. The new agent was told not to even recognize Hillary Clinton. To never talk to her or even look at her.

The agent was at his post one day when Hillry Clitnon came by for the first time. The agent could not contain himself being the gentleman he is and says to Hillary Clinton "morning ma'am". To which Hillary Clinton replied "f off".

Besides all the things wrong with the Clintons the most interesting thing is that their marriage is such a fake, a farce and a sham. It's a joke and it's common knowledge that they have not slept in the same room for years. When Clinton was in the White House Bill and Hillary never even stayed in the same hotel room.

We can't have the Clinton's near the White house again. They are much more disfunctional than a queer that gets drunk and talks dirty to 16 year old bboys.

Comedian Dennis Miller had the best description of the Clinton so-called marriage,

"If that marriage was any MORE about convenience, they'd have to install a SLURPEE machine and a SLIM-JIM stand in the bedroom".

BTW. Thanks for posting. And yes character matters.

Just curious....Does anyone know if the Clinton's ever returned any of the stuff they stole from the White house on their way out?

I have a relative in the Air Force who told me that the unofficial designation of any plane that Hillary was on was "Broomstick One".

Absolutely! Character counts! How you treat those who work for you, reveals alot about who how you see yourself and other people in general.

Did you get this from http://asmalldoseofreality.bloghi.com/2006/01/17/the-secret-service-knows-that-democratic-presidents-and-their-wives-in-some-cases-have-been-skunks.html ?

Are we to believe that a Secret Service agent would spill all this to a neighbor? It all might be true, but this source doesn't cut it as an authority.

Gee, it is really hard to speculate on how King Lurch would have interacted with his secutiry detail.

Man, it could have just gone either way......right?

A little hearsay for you all:

A close friend of mine once worked for a service provider in the White House office building. She witnessed several occasions when Bill, Hillary, Al and Tipper "let their hair down". The funniest involved Tipper in the midst of whining to her SS agent about some sub-par luncheon that she would have to suffer through. When the agent wouldn't respond she turned to my friend and asked what she thought. My friend said something like "well, it looks like you aren't going get what you want so you might as well quit whining about it!" Tipper got up in a huff and left the room followed by the agent who mouthed "thank you" as he walked by. Her opinion of Tipper is that she is phenomenally spoiled brat.

She witnessed the Clintons phony happily married act on a couple of occasions when after walking hand in hand, smiling and waving to the cameras on their way into the White House, Hillary would drop his hand once in the door, leave him and stalk off in a different direction.

Great read, thanks. Just like what we have observed... Hillary - nasty and unapproachable, Bill - the charmer, Laura - first class lady, "W" - genuinely cares.

I was surprised algore said pointing to security detail - 'do you want to grow up like them'? Wonder if algrore ever got his a$$ kicked.

Snicker. " 'The Smartest Woman in the World,' was arrogant and orally abusive to her security detail.
