"A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER" (Not the Tom Clancy novel)

The following are copys of e-mails that I've sent to my employees up North (I live in Florida now), and Jim Robinson...

"Re: What's goin' on...

To Jim Robinson | 10/19/2006 4:43:47 AM EDT sent

Howdy Jim. Barry/gonzo here. What follows is an e-mail that I sent to my troops up North at my Company in South Bend, Indiana. They're a bunch of rabid VRWC buffs, and they wanted my take on world events, after I had warned them to 'keep their powder dry'.

A few days later, I sent this to Jim:

BTW, Jim, those TU-142's are actually TU-95's, an upgraded version of the 142. A little stronger, but still a 'Bear'. My bad. I flagged you on a thread about them.

............Barry/gonzo I didn't want to post it as a thread on FR because, well, I think I'm close to being right, and 'loose lips and all...'."
Here goes, with some other observations afterwards:

To my employees and JimRob:
Baryshery@aol.com wrote:

This link is part of a good look at the Enemies of the USA. There are active links on the thread that are also excellent, especially # 20.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU CLICK THE LINK, PLEASE:

I don't often write messages like this - in fact, not for 28 years as I remember, so here goes:

North Korea claims to have recently tested a nuclear bomb. This is highly unlikely, given all the intel that has been obtained, but they did explode something, on the order of about 800,000 pounds of TNT (tri-nitro-toluene), which is possible. Whether or not the little maniac running that Country has or can make a working A-Bomb in the future is irrelevant. North Korea is now under a virtual blockade of any shipments of any nuclear materials out of Korea, courtesy of the UN (the UN is a joke, but the votes are in, and Korean goods can and will be siezed on the high seas as necessary).
What is important is that they have already shipped a number of their possibly operational Big-Dong missles to Iran! Those missles in Iran can reach Israel, all of Europe, and much of Russia and Asia.

Now, I'm the only one here(at BAMAR) that can remember the Korean War as current events. China entered the Korean War on the side of the North (unofficially) when it appeared that the UN-Allied powers were about to defeat North Korea. China is now stuck with NK as their very-own bastard stepchild. I love the irony of it, because China doesn't want a nuke-enabled NK either, so they voted for blockade! So, for all intensive purposes, NK is no further problem.

Now, Iran: Iran is now making fissile material (stuff-that-goes-big-bang) for nuclear weapons, and will have enough material for their first A-Bomb before April, 2007, and possibly by December, 2006.
The guy in charge in Iran, who I call 'Amanutjob', is insane, and has often said, amongst other things, that he intends to destroy Israel, the United States, and anyone else that doesn't convert to Islam, and I believe he is sincere. He's crazy, but he's not kidding!
He also welcomes Armageddon, even and especially a nuclear one, and I believe him!
I think that he must be stopped, and that he will be stopped!

I hoped that our President Bush would be strong enough to give the order to destroy Irans' nuclear capability with conventional arms (and we have them in quantity), even if the USA had to go it alone. Logistically, Israel doesn't have the means, and is too far away to do it without using nukes, so it's up to the USA.
Middle-last week it was reported that Russia was activating quite a number of their old TU-142 Bear intercontinental bombers. These are relics of the Cold War, and wouldn't stand a chance going up against any defenses of the US, Britain, or even France (if France didn't surrender first). They can, however, carry and drop a huge bomb load over distance, and they were reliable. Therefore, I think Russia's in the coming fight on the side of 'the Good Guys'.

So, I said all that, to say this:
I think that sometime after the elections on November 7, (vote, dammit!) and before April, 2007, Irans' nuclear capabilities are going to be seriously attrited (we're gonna bomb the very-living-shit outa their facilities) using conventional weapons. We're also going to secure Irans' Southern oil facilities to protect them (Google - Maps of Iran), and also protect the Straits of Hormuz (see Maps...) by invading Iran from Iraq. (Gee, who would have thought that we'd already be in Iraq?)
When this starts (shit-hitting-the-fan), every so-called Mosque in the USA and in other Countries becomes a potential den of murderous zealots. Christians and Jews don't store weapons and explosives in their Churches and Synagogues, but Moslems do it all the time!!

It may be prudent to take steps to be able to protect ourselves before anything bad happens.
I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
Neville Chamberlain (Google) was wrong, and about 90,000,000 souls subsequently perished.
I've read the Bible, both Testaments.
I've read the Koran (Quran), and it sucks!
Islam is not a religion - it is a cult of death.
I'm reading up on The Crusades now.(I think we're in one again, and this time, it's for keeps!)

I'll be happy to answer any questions. This is the longest letter I've ever written, and I can't even type!

Stay well, y'all, and hope to see you soon......................Barry

PS: And I thought the only nutbars I'd have to think about were these wierd Scientologists around
here..............B
End of e-mail.

To JimRob:
Additional info (and I don't want to dig too deep):

The USAF is presently working out of an Air Base in far Eastern Russia (Base name unknown), WITH the Russians. There was a ground collision accident there with a plane subsequently burning up. A USAF Tanker (KC-135 or KC-10) was involved. The story made page 99, and then went down the memory hole. I think we're arming the Russians with Smart Bombs, and possibly helping with mid-air re-fueling.

My personal opinion is that a three-pronged attack plan is being hatched:

#1)-The USA and Great Britain (and others) are in Iraq, and will commence Air and Ground ops against Iran as noted above. There may well be an amphibious incursion in the East (Google Maps of Iran). All conventional weaponry.

#2)-Israel will move North into Lebanon and finish-off Hizbolla (it made NO sense for them to stop last time), and will probably continue into Syria. The USA and Brits will probably lend Air cover as needed. All conventional weaponry.

#3)-Russia will probably be tasked with bombing the North Korean nuclear-bomb facilities, and maybe not the nuclear power plants - anybodys guess, but L'il Kim gets dead.
The Russians may help in Iran in the second wave of bombings as necessary, because those TU-142's are just too damned noisy. All conventional weaponry.

#4)-China will cooperate with all sides, but will stay out of the fight. Instead, I think they'll provide safe air passage and any intel they can. Theirs has become a peculiar form of Communism, and is actually transitioning into the biggest Capitalist Country in the World. They're not going to attack their largest market - the USA - and so, will become our new best friend.

#5)-After the initial destruction is completed, we'll probably call a time-out on the field, and ask the muzzies if they want to quit their evil ways, or would they like us to get serious with Nuclear Weapons?

#6)-It depends on their answer to #5!

Jim, when 9/11 happened, I knew in my gut that the muzzies (wogs) were going to NEED an object lesson in order to change their minds, just as the Germans and Japanese needed Dresden, Hamburg, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki to change theirs.
It is no accident that the USA is presently in Iraq, effectively splitting Syria and Iran, and positioned to take and hold the important parts of Iran.
I think that we know where all the Iraqi WMD's are buried in Syria, and that they're Chem and Bio weapons, that we'll burn later.

In my conversations with my troops (employees) up North, I've just cautioned them to be prepared for the possibility of some internal civil unrest here in the USA, started by Islamaniacs that are already here, in their mosques. It'll take some time for local Police to regain control.

Well, that's it so far, Jim! After the elections and before April, 2007! As I pick up more data, I'll add to this.

I don't think the Amish would really notice. Other than paper money will not be worth much.

The world today is a scary place......but it got a thousand times more scary after one lousy mid-term election.

Stay well and armed 'cause I'll be camping out at your place, LOL.

it must very soon become open-season on all things islam............

Well... I wouldn't exactly go out of my way to seek and destroy those who, to put it it Christian parlance, don't believe in the infallibility of the Koran.   ;-)

Hmmm. I seem to remember something about some sonar technology that the Chinese got from Clinton. Very unsettling story about the sub, if true.

I thought it was propeller technology they bought..

I wonder how long they can continue to adopt that posture under the support and encouragement the Democrats are likely to give them??

Just read your tag line.

"VOTE DEM! You'll Look GREAT In A Burqa!"

Thats the line I used with my liberal friends prior to the elections. Actually, slightly modified..."Vote Dem and your daughters will be wearing burqas".

Unfortuately, it didn't work! Of course nothing Conservative seems to work in Seattle.

Cheers....

Bush made a very bad mistake in trying to sell the Iraq war as a wonderful Christian thing to do; make Iraq a democracy.
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

I didn't post this comment. I reacted to a post that contained this analysis. My point was that Bush did not fully comprehend the strength of the islamic response to our invasion. He thought he would have a desert storm repeat and it would destroy the islamist threat before it could get started. He came up with the Democratic Iraq justification after the mission bogged down, and we found no WMD's. He underestimated his enemy, and overestimated the American resolve to avenge 9-11 and destroy the roots of terrorism, which of course is radical islam. It was too much too fast for a democracy such as ours, that takes forever to reach consensus, and grows tired of war very quickly. He started something he can't finish, a gamble he must pay the price for, and one that jeopardized American security. That is the unvarnished truth. I am not saying I would have done differently, because everything becomes so much easier with the benefit of hindsight. Having said that however, it now becomes necessary to reassess our mission and do what must be done to win this battle. Bush has nothing to lose at this point. He is a lame duck, but still the commander in chief of the strongest military on the face of this earth. I think he should enlist Israel in an attack on Syria, for supplying arms to hizbullah and invade from both israel and iraq. This would force iran's hand before they have the nuclear cards to win. After control is established, the boarders around iraq and syria should be sealed and the terrorists in both states ruthlessly destroyed. If iran is foolish enough to attack in defense of syria we should nuke their nuclear centrifuge and invade. If not they will be isolated and emasculated prior to the final ultimatum to stop producing nuclear fuel. At that point they will know we mean business. The chances of this happening are less than 10% because as I have said previously, the American people do not believe we are in WWIII. They think its some kind of police action that Bush and the chicken hawks f-ed up. Anything less that the military response at this point will be insufficient to deal with the threat and will show us as a paper tiger and prove the jihadists correct in their assessment of our internal weakness. If the military option is chosen it has a 95% chance of success. I can't emphasize enough that we are the military superpower of the world and we have the fire power to do whatever we have the courage to do. the fact that we won't do it points out how unwilling we are to defend our freedom and defeat our enemy.

I don't see any mention of the Dem Congress in this prospectus... don't underestimate their capacity to out-surrender the French.

IMHO the constitutional republic known as 'The United States of America' came to an abrupt end on Nov. 7, 2006... it is just going to take some time for people to realize it.

As for me, I'm not willing to let Iran or N. Korea develop nukes under any circumstances. It would buy time, as you point out, but only increases the risk to us. Massive air strikes -- not just little pussified "surgical strikes" -- could set the timetable back a long way, destroy the current leadership, and give us time WITHOUT risk. It also sends a message we need to send, unlike the geopolitical masturbation practiced through U.N. efforts.

Strictly on principle, I wouldn't trade Israel, geographically, for temporary peace. We've all seen how the camel-humpers treat land-for-peace deals, so why give up anything for nothing?
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

I agree with you 100%. I am not advocating my scenario just speculating on what seems plausible given our current political crisis. I am on record in many posts on Free republic as advocating a full out military solution to the iranian, syrian iraqi problem immediately. This strategy is eminently doable now. It won't be so easy after iran gets the bomb. The political situation in this country and europe right now is analogous to 1939. These people should realize that a culture that loves death and encourages children to don suicide belts and kill themselves while they kill infidels will most definitely use the bomb against israel as soon as it is developed. Any belief otherwise is a complete miscalculation. They would do it through a hizballah proxy and I'm not even sure that we would respond militarily at that point. That's why I postulate that the appeasers would relocate Israel to Africa before they challenged iran militarily.

Ahmadinejad: Israel’s destruction near
ynetNews ^ | 11/13/06

Posted on 11/13/2006 11:11:58 AM PST by XR7

According to the Iranian media Monday, Iranian President Mahoud Ahmadinejad declared that Israel was destined to ‘disappearance and destruction’ at a council meeting with Iranian ministers.

“The western powers created the Zionist regime in order to expand their control of the area. This regime massacres Palestinians everyday, but since this regime is against nature, we will soon witness its disappearance and destruction,” Ahmadinejad said."

Once again, if Israel wants to survive as a nation, it must take out the Iranian Islamo leadership and nuclear capabilities before the Rats take over congress in Jan 07.

Remember hat the name of Iran was once Persia.

The Persians invented Chess.

They may be run by crazies, but crazies are not necessarily stupid.

Therefore, they may very well not use the very first nuke on Israel.

They may wait until they have a dozen or so in order to hold the rest of the world at bay.

Who knows? Crazies, Chess Oil Money....add up to trouble.

One more comment.

I will be considered evil for saying so, but there are no innocents when you are at war. We need to drop a nuke on Iran when they are having one of those parades and we know all of the big wheels are either there or very close.

Same with Syria.

The same with Falusia.

Sure it will make the French mad. Who cares? Is it better for 5,000 US soldiers to die or the French be mad?

We have got this idiotic idea that we must fight a war without hurting anyone other than a few select people. If you are talking assassination, that might work. With wars it does not work.

As for the bomb, just think how many Americans would be alive today had we had a bomb at Iwo Jima.

Heck, I remember when it was "Chez Gonzo" before it was "Marina del Gonzo" before it was "Firebase Gonzo" (hmmmm, sounds rather Kerryesque, LOL).

Yep, the lunatics are going to run the country come January so it's time to get series on the home front.
