The mother of this child just stands there while he licks the hand rail from one end to the other. Typical of Democrat parents to ignore the behavior of their offspring to avoid hurting the childs self-esteem. I suppose this parent was there to support the new minimum wage increase as it is probably the maximum she is capable of earning given her obvious skill level and inability to multitask. She's probably sucking tax dollars from hard working Americans too.

That is freaking hilarious. If it didn't go on for about 5 minutes, and if the kid licking the rail didn't dominate the event, I would think you guilty of overstatement and hyperbole. But that is too classic, and too obvious. Come on, Mom, you have to stop that.
