It was a freezing cold Saturday morning this week, even in comparison to the Friday night Walter Reed FReep. Multi-layered jackets, gloved hands and covered heads. I had to break out my knit EAGLES hat for the first time this winter. At WR last night the moisture from a quick early evening dusting of snow started to freeze. That dusting of snow had not yet melted on our corner so the first task this morning was to salt down the sidewalk. Usually by 10AM the temps rise above freezing. But not this week. The temps only rose to the upper-20s. But it was better than being at the Stamford FReep.
The wind seems like it is always blowing during the winter months. The only good part about the wind today was that it was at our backs, which means that it was in the moonbat's faces. Do I hear any violins?
There were 7 moonbats for the most part. Peek-A-Boo showed up late. The 7 FReepers and Lurkers who attended today are shown BELOW. After being "harassed" last week for not having any face pics of the vane Olney FReepers, iMacMan has made up for it this week.
Also, all pics are by iMacMan.
Today was another good day for FReeping despite the cold. We had two passerbys stop and thank us for being there.
BELOW LEFT: BMWcyle with Little Bull Horn and iMacMan. BELOW RIGHT: Cindy_True_Supporter and Apple Blossom.
BELOW: Legionnaire Halsey braves the cold. Being a Korean War Vet, today must have been extra cold for him. He and Lurker Bill were on our left flank, getting plenty of support.
Another passerby dropped his kid off and he got a number and the FR web site before being picked up on our corner. They just moved into the area and said they'll be out on our corner next week. People occasionally say that, or stop by and FReep with us for the day and say they'll be back, but few show. But I have a good feeling that this family really mean it.
We also got several salutes as cars pass by. It seems they are saluting the flag with the Marine Corps flag below it because we don't notice it at the other flag.
iMacMan's pics of passing cars.
BELOW: TOKEN MOONBATS PIC. Peek-A-Boo showed up later, much later.

To you all and your helpful FRiends you did great! You are a true inspiration for all FReepers to get out there and counter the leftists. If we do not show our case, our case will not be heard. Thank you.
I did put your name in the header, unfortunately I spelled it cycle so it did not go through. Please know you are truly considered wonderful for your duties at the FReep! Thank you.
