Up until six weeks ago — when the LA Times started running stories on the upsurge of crime in that town—the nationalities of the people listed for crimes was included with their photograph. Nine out of ten were of foreign nationality. And most of those were Mexican. The nationality box was removed after the LA Times ran their stories. Now they just have their pictures and leave you to guess the nationality of the person wanted for murder.

So the 6% is a better measure of the national proportion of crimes committed by aliens (legal and illegal).

I don't know what the final number is. However, just so that you understand what you have just said--its appropriate to point out that if you take 6% and multiply it by the federaly provided total number of murders-- 16692 for 2005... you get 1001. If you multiply that by 4--which is the number of years the USA has been involved in Iraq--you get a number that is higher than the total US casualties in Iraq.

Oreilly did a piece last night on the car killing of some teen age girls in Virginia by an illegal alien who had multiple previous arrests. The incident happened in norfolk. Norfolk is a sanctuary city. So the parents were told to be quiet about the matter by the city.

Oreilly said he is going to go after sanctuary cities--as he did with the pedophiles.

What Oreilly didn't mention is that the people bearing the brunt of the killing by illegal aliens are American blacks.

Consider this LA Times article posted at FR And recall that most of the murderers posted by the LAPD are illegals.

I have no quarrel with your comment here — 6% of 16000 x 4 years = more people killed in the US by aliens than Americans killed in Iraq. I would quarrel with figures of 20-27%, which come from looking at federal prisons only, and not at the figures from the very same source that does tally aliens in all prisons.
