Prayer Request for Ladyinred [Sad update in post #972]

Ladyinred has been diagnosed with lung cancer and it is bad. It has been there for some time with no symptoms. She has taken a couple of Chemo treatments but they will not be able to cure this. They hope to stop the growth for as long as possible.

Please also remember Chadsworth in your prayers, as he is taking this very hard.

In a note to me, ladyinred said ..... "I would appreciate your prayers of course, as that is all that can really help me."

As Chadsworth told me, the only thing that will make a difference is a miracle through the power of prayer.

It has been there for some time with no symptoms. ...but they will not be able to cure this.

Just six years ago, it was LantzALot's wife who had such a diagnosis, and LantzALot who took it very hard. FR Prayers were very comforting.
Mine are offered for both: the miracle wich will keep LIR with us for a long time, and the strength Chadsworth will need to see her through.

How we thank You, most Merciful Father, for our FReeper family who gathers around the Throne of Grace for help in time of need. Such is the need for Lady and Chad, O Lord, as they come up against the stubbornness of cancer. Mighty is its hold upon Lady, but mightier are You, and in the Name of Jesus, we pray that Your healing hand would be upon Lady, taking from her, by divine intervention or through the efforts of man, every trace of this disease. Guard her heart and her mind from fear ... replace anxiety with the Assurance of Your Presence ... may she know the extraordinary depth of Your love ... comfort her and her beloved with the fellowship and prayers of the saints.
