Last fall, Democratic leaders repeatedly promised to lead Congress in a more open and honest fashion. Now theyre not only breaking those promises, theyre actively moving in the opposite direction. It seems a lot of people actually believed Pelosi, Murtha and other dem leaders before the election. Where's the outrage now?

The outrage is where our “unbiased adversarial free press” puts it.
When Democrats do pork and hide it, it’s buried on page 47D.
When Republicans do pork, it’s on 1A.
It should ALWAYS be on 1A.

Funny how the Republicans weren’t so concerned about this for the entire decade they ran the House.

Yeah. OK. But why didn't the Republicans pursue these reforms during their 10 year rule?

Wow, too bad you didn’t declare war on spending SEVEN YEARS AGO, back before the words “corruption,” “waste,” and “Republican” became synonomous.

The United States Capitol building is really much like a prison. Filled with cheap criminals and thieves. Only at the end of the day they go home or to a political meeting while at prison the criminals are in lock down.
