Not only are these illegal aliens unauthorized to work legally in the United States but they are doing so with fraudulent Social Security numbers.

(1) The US Social Security system is being looted by illegals using multiple SS numbers and ID theft.

(2) The NY Times reported Mexicans who once worked here with valid SS numbers, then returned to Mexico, actually rent out their SS numbers so other illegals can pocket $3500 Earned Income Tax refunds.

(3) Illegals here get paid under the table, don't pay taxes, and send billions of US dollars back to their corrupt countries.

(4) A widely-used SS# scheme: the illegals name their anchor baby the same name as the parent. They obtain a valid SS# for the anchor baby; the parent uses it, no one checks beyond name-matching, if that.

(5) CNN's Lou Dobbs reported illegals are stealing small childrens' SS# because a child doesn't use a number very often so it is near impossible to detect a stolen number.

(6) Dobbs also mentioned that business owners give illegals SS# of a previous employee (it is not a felony to give away SS#s but it is a felony to use them).

(7) Another twist. Now illegals don't have to use rented or fake SS# because they've just been granted the right to collect SocSec if they have worked a short time (44 months I think), whereas legit American citizens have to work for far longer before collecting.

Thanks to conniving invaders, pretty soon American senior citizens will be on the "Mexican retirement system"---selling sticks of chewing gum on street corners.

Privacy concerns continue to block attempts to create a national database with basic information in it like:

Residence address, digital photo, fingerprints, schooling, certifications, legal status, etc.

Yet this is the sort of information that an employer should have at his fingertips before hiring anyone, for both legal and safety reasons. This information should always be CURRENT. It does NOT need to be on a “tamper-proof card”, readable from a distance or tied to your credit history or anything else. What is necessary and incredibly cheap these days is a fingerprint scanner to pull up the information from the database. Anybody, including an employer, would know you are who you say you are and whether you are qualified for the job.

This would save so much time and money for employers, police, banks, etc. and not give anybody any information (like SS#, medical history, etc.) that threatens privacy. That anybody relies on paper documents today for identity checking is just nonsense.

I just had a new roof and siding done on the garage. I insisted on a clause in the contract that ALL workers on site were legal.

...the lib/dems that run nj are desperately trying to make them legal ...

Philosophy question:

If a political crime occurs in a New Jersey forest, and no one notices, did it really happen?

Any bets on whether this company was hired as subcontractor on the basis of merit and/or lowest bid?

Hi Texgal. If you go to the SSA.gov website and click on business you can enroll to check out SSNs online, almost instantaniously. It;s a minor headache to enroll and then you have to wait on the password through snail mail but it sure takes a lot of the pain in the butt out of it in the long run.

Here in Chicago, it has to do with votes. Hispanic ward bosses deliver huge voting blocks from their district to Mayor Daley. In return, the ward bosses are given jobs where they are in charge of hiring.

In a few cases, it has been found that the ward bosses are gang leaders, Latin Kings, Latin Disciples, etc. It won’t be long before the 13’s are delivering votes to Daley, and appointing their own people on streets and sanitation.

This is nothing new here, it used to be the Italians and Pols that delivered the vote, now its the latins. The difference is that the votes they are delivering are probably from non-US-citizens.

When I had my FIOS installed, the Mexicans brought the fiber to the house, and a genuine American brought it inside and finished the hookup in the house and on the street.

Well verizon is never going to install one for me!

Our COUNTY sewer project in my neighborhood was all Mexicans down to the foreman (the only guy who could speak English). I have no idea how that happened in Atlanta of all places where cushy county jobs are a birth rite.

The last time I was in Atlanta area, I noticed there wasn't one job in road are sewer construction that wasn't being done by illegals.

Most (if not all) of the trapped miners in Utah are illegals, too.

What is the source of this information?

“....after successfully consigning their kids to hell in horrible urban public schools”

You may be closer to this than you think...creating a “maleducated” constituency was the first step on the list for megacorps to do to successfully “buy” the government out from under the American people.

Thanks for that interesting and good information. It’s amazing how resourceful and clever illegals can be when challenged to financially defraud Americans. By the way, I think Lou Dobbs deserves tremendous credit for alerting millions to the many calamities of the illegal invasion - years before it became such a widely discussed “hot” topic.

I can tell you something from my (albeit anecdotal) personal experience. When my condo was being repaired after one of our Florida hurricanes a subcontracted work crew came in that was probably just off the bus from Mexico City. It took me two months to repair the damage they did while making the “repairs.”

The invaders already have the game plan in their knapsacks when they cross the border.

It's the ol' Pay-Me-I'm-A-Victim con game.

Getting on the US gravy train w/ US citizens paying all their bills is the chief motivation as they "endure the rigors" of traversing our borders.

BTW nice taking FDT’s quote out of context in your tagline.

I know; you would think we had run out of working class people here. Can't be true, I see them at the health clinics and such or using food stamps. And I mean Americans. Now, it may very well be that you can't get a working class job if you don't habla. That is true around here especially in warehouses, which I have seen first hand.

There was actually a case where one company, which refused to hire illegals, sued another company which did hire them, for unfair and illegal business practices. The basis was that this was unfair competition because his competitor’s labor costs were so much lower. We have developed a way (I’ve been told) to verify SS numbers that is quick and efficient. The problem is that groups like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other business lobbies love those low wages with no basic benefits and they’ve pressured the politicians - who are unwilling to see the laws enforced.

Unfortunately, I’m not amazed. This incompetence is all part of our PC affirmative action culture.
