A great time was had by all at the Tampa Bay area freepers dinner held at a New Port Richey restaurant. Good thing we had a semi-private room as the air was thick with animated freeptalk and loud laughter (especially at a certain end of the table !). Diners included M. Kehoe, Mr. and Mrs. Seek the Truth, Mr. and Mrs. Gonzo, Bob Ireland, Quinton Ireland, Scottteng, Rice Bug and MinuteGal....plus Matchett P-I, the Florida Central Chapter Leader who drove in from the Orlando area to join the gathering of Eagles here on the central gulf coast. A table prize of the hilarious “Clinton Legacy Cookbook” was won by the Gonzos. This book of great freeper recipes includes many funny anecdotes dotting its pages about the Clintons. The prize was donated by freeper resident chef and noted author of best-selling cookbooks, Carlo3b.

We really had a great time. After dinner, the troops adjourned to Casa MinuteGal for some dessert, coffee and adult beverages.

I have fibromyalgia, and Saturday was a really rough day, so I probably couldn’t have come even if I had known about it. Just the same, sounds like I missed a good time.
Florida Freepers, always check the Florida state forum regularly. The notice of this dinner was posted several times over a period of weeks. Y'all don't want to miss any important events plus the exquisite pleasure of our mutual company, LOL!

Great pictures, Ricebug. Glad you used some discretion in posting them. Those ones you took of Leni imitating Hillary doing the fan dance with those pink feathers might have required too much explaining for comfort. Right Gonzo? :)
I had no idea they’d have to call the ambulance for that guy. Someone told me that it was that performance that “floored” him. (I think it was that waitress that was so flustered by M Kehoe’s “cute little cheeks”.:)
We really missed Dave, Gene, Pete, Gloria, Moonman and the rest of the “gang”!!! I can’t wait until we can get together again!
