The Paulestinians are, of course, spamming it, but I think many discount that and look at the other numbers.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
The Prawnistas remind me of the Deaniacs that spammed the ‘04 Democrat Prez primary polls, gigantically overstating his actual support. 60% ? I don’t think so. 2% is more like it.

You can’t be serious. you want us to give CNN the hits? They were foul enough before the plants at the last debate. I’ll give them website hits when hell freezes over.
To: MovementConservative
I see your point, of course, but I’m trying to support my candidate....

The concept of “FReeping” is to screw with a company’s Web poll.
By giving the site a hit and messing around with their polling you can actually do more to discredit them than by a boycott.
Ask the very Ron Paul supporters who are doing this very thing as we speak.

The Paulestinians are, of course, spamming it, Perhaps not. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if Larry's regular viewers preferred RP to the other GOP candidates.

DONE! Ron Paul way out front. Does that surprise anyone here? These polls are riduculas due to the Ron Paul factor. Paul is such a thorn in the side and is truly embarrassing that he calls himself a (r)epublican.
Exercise in futility...but I made my contribution!

They also tried to force McCain on us in 2000. But yeah, the Deaniacs DID spam the internet and people discount that now claiming that it was the scream that was his undoing. It was just a convenient excuse to rush him off the stage.

Yeah, I remember that brief McCain surge in 2000 (especially when he gave tacit support to Black Dem Detroiters being bussed to vote in the MI primary to vote en masse for him). I was supporting Alan Keyes (since it didn’t appear that casting a principled vote would hamper the outcome), but was forced to shift to Dubya to stop McCain. That was some scary crap.
As for Dean, his problem was that he actually thought there was that much support for him, but we know that it was all fantasy. When you start to believe your own propaganda, you’ve completely lost touch with reality. His scream (which I got to watch live on tv) was that break from reality. For a moment there, I thought he was gonna bite the head off a live chicken onstage. I did so want him to be the nominee. He woulda scared the hell out of the straights in a way Kerry couldn’t.

The Scientific Polls aren’t “Scientific Polls” either since they are done by people with an agenda. You give all equal billing and let the people know what their position on the ISSUES is! Then you wait for the only “Poll” that matters.
